“I have to say, you guys where great. This was my first booking with you and it was fairly straight forward. That is until my driver got to port when P&O said that we didnt have a booking and they where really unhelpful. After a quick call to yourselves, your agent rang my driver, spoke with agent at the port and sorted it all out, my driver got on the ferry and continued his journey. Unbelievable customer service from your agent who went over and above to do her job and eleviate my stress levels. THANK YOU!!!”

“Amazing service! I booked the wrong way and called at 8pm and the team were able to change the booking with no hassle. This is our second trip but we will be doing many more with Freightlink!!”

“John and his team, inc sub-contractors, were professional, helpful and efficient in sorting out the delivery of an unusual, high-value shipment to and from Greece. They sorted out customs issues and a mis-understanding with our customs agent for us as well and we couldn't have asked for a better service.”

Dear Susan, thank you for your feedback. We understand that the original booking was not confirmed due to the lack of availability on the ferry. Unfortunately space availability is handled by the operator and we are not informed of this until we request the booking. Our team contacted you in order to talk about other possible options, however none of them seemed compatible with your needs at that moment.

“People are very helpful The policy you don’t accept payment over the phone is stupid. Some company cards are not Authorized to Work online payments.”

Credit/debit cards cannot be used to pay over the phone for customer security and fraud prevention reasons. In these instances we ask our clients to pay via Freightlink Pay link or on our website.

“I was luck this evening to call freightlink and Denisa Ifteme answered my call. She was excellent, listen to my problem and worked through all points from my booking through to my export documents and completing the port base form manually because the automated email didn't populate a form to complete from UK to Holland but the reverse Holland to Harwick. I was frustrated at the first contact with Denisa Ifteme as the team needed to board and thing were looking not good.... she was patient, calm and had the knowledge to help me resolve the issue....please give a voucher to say thanks..well done x”
