“I have to say first class set up in ten minuets booked and confirmed reservation on ferry within ten minuets also book 3 more return sailings an hour later same no problem Paddy Donovan Vantrans Dublin Ltd”

“I booked for departure from Rostok at 6 and 8 and I was told that the reservation was unconfirmed. I was only repaid euro 188.54 instead of two for a total of 377.08”

The booking was made at 03.00 and unfortunately our customer service team were unable to manually confirm the booking with the ferry operator. Also, we were not notified by the customer that a second booking made had not been used therefore the refund was not processed at that time.

“Fabulous as always, I have the app and it is ideal and very user friendly. On the rare occasion I need to speak to anyone to change a booking then they can't do enough for you. Can't recommend Freightlink highly enough!”

“Even though there was a computer glitch, it was soon resolved and although we could not get an overnight passage for our return trip it is no great drama . The booking staff are very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Sea truck to anyone. David D. Lancaster”
