“Fabulous as always, I have the app and it is ideal and very user friendly. On the rare occasion I need to speak to anyone to change a booking then they can't do enough for you. Can't recommend Freightlink highly enough!”

“Even though there was a computer glitch, it was soon resolved and although we could not get an overnight passage for our return trip it is no great drama . The booking staff are very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Sea truck to anyone. David D. Lancaster”

Unfortunately due to technical issues with the Irish Ferries Ulysses ferry some sailings were cancelled and therefore other sailings were busier than usual. Although we tried to find the customer alternatives with a similar sailing time, the other ferry operators and routes were also busy. As a booking agent, this situation was out of our control.

“The actually booking service appeared easy enough to use. As I was doing a round trip - visiting friends in Carrickfergus and Co. Donegal then heading down to tour the Co Kerry & Co Cork coastline - I booked my outward journey Heysham to Warrenpoint and homeward Dublin to Heysham. As I wasn't certain that the site might 'allow' this sort of pick & mix, I did two seperate bookings / payments; on the second payment my credit card supplier viewed this as a possible fraudulent transaction and blocked my card. I had to go through the rigmarole of getting my card unblocked. NOT SEATRUCK'S FAULT. What is the process for booking out and return on two seperate routes?”
