I items are not as shown , when I telephoned I was told the parts are no longer made and these were want they now make instead. I can accept that being the case . However, there is no mention on the parts website and no images showing the change in product, that’s bad , At £42+ I would send them back if I would get the postage too! I found the right indicator on another website for £15 inc. postage. That’s BAD

Ordered parts in December 2018 but by April 2019 stock still hadn’t come in! So I cancelled the out of stock item over the phone and the other two items showed up ... a month later! Adding insult to injury the price of the cancelled item was never refunded (despite two phone calls) and the remaining items could have been bought from the local Kawasaki dealer without the need for shipping (shipping was nearly half the cost). I’ll just be buying local from now on. Can’t be doing with the agro and can’t have my machine out of action for several months whilst waiting for parts to arrive.

I always feel Iike you are ripping me off. I ordered 6 small screws the postage was £3. This is not the first time you have don't this.

Hi John, Thanks for your email. You have ordered from us recently and left the same comments. As we explained before, please see below. We do try and keep our postage costs to a minimum, and as such we only have two main charges for mainland UK, which are post (£3.00 exc v.a.t) and DPD carrier (£5.50 exc v.a.t). We appreciate that the £3.00 charge may seem steep when compared to the perceived cost of an envelope and a stamp, or against the value of something like a washer or a nut that may cost less than this, but please understand that these costs not only cover the actual fee for the service, but also packing material costs, and the wages of a multi-person packing department in our warehouse that handles the hundreds of parcels and packets we send each day. Please also bear in mind that the £3.00 charge applies to orders up to £50.00 in value - orders of a higher value than that can be eligible for free delivery if placed online. £3 Postage for 4 Screws is a absolute rip off. How you come to this price I don't know. Disgusting...

When the gasket arrived it was squashed, had problems using it, things like that need to be in a box when posted,

Looks like there is very little or no quality control on the original parts supplied by Honda or by the dispatchers at Fowlers. I received a drain bolt with galled threads, called you, no problem you dispatched another drain bolt, when I received it I could see the replacement was also galled even before I opened the clear plastic bag it was in. I again called and have hopefully now received a refund.

Order parts on the Sunday And did not receive them, after speaking to them the problem was with delivery service

You stated parts were available sent an email to state they had been dispatched. Then later sent an email to say discontinued??? Not good

Order "Stuck in system" so wasn't processed and despatched for next day delivery. Nobody bothered contacting me about this issue. No chance of being refunded the next day delivery, So order canceled and going elsewhere.

Well I can't really review something I never received, but the fact is you advertised it on your website, now I know its not fair to be negative just because the part couldn't be sourced. But just annoyed it took over a week to be told your be receiving your part to "NO longer available". Just feel it shouldn't be advertised if not available, as do many other part suppliers. Full refund was given no problems or hard feelings
