Absolutely shocking service was told over the phone two weeks wait for my part was happy to wait two weeks after this amount of time still no part arrived I emailed 3 times no response then phone customer service and they tell me the part won’t be with me until the end of June ? I ordered the part on 20th may so would make nearly 2 months waiting for a part that really is not that hard to get hold of ? I ordered same part from Kawasaki parts warehouse in Spain and it took 8 days to arrive how is this possible ? Don’t use Fowlers very misleading quick to take your money and can’t even give you a real answer to any of your queries avoid at all costs ! Money grabbers just taking peoples money during this hard time no customer care at all. Liars and scammers 👍🏻

They sell parts cheaper on Fowler’s eBay page than in store. Shocking and I will never use them again.

Sent items back, spoke to your customer service but still waiting on refund, also you taken full payment on an order and I’m waiting for the outstanding items to be delivered. Guys, i don't know if it 's just me but i have sent 4 mails through the web site to ask about some triumph parts (the first one 3 weeks ago) and i think they are just ignoring me. The one set of parts is available for backorder and they don't reply on my questions. I 'll change my review once they contact back.

Hi Austin Your order was dispatch, on the day it was placed, via international mail. It is very much hoped that it reaches you very soon. They do advise that this can take up to 28 days to arrive. In our experience though, customers normally receive their deliveries much sooner. Regards Fowlers Parts

No response on order cancellation, order was picked and ready for shipment. Phoning them didn't help, parcel was still send off to the delivery service. Parcel was on his way. Emailing didn't help either, again no response and parcel kept coming. Parcel was delivered at home when I was out, because delivery time was announced late. I never got any response in two weeks.

Hi Keith, We couldn't get the part for you as it has been discontinued by Vespa, we then cancelled the order and refunded you as soon as we were able to. The manufacturers do not inform us of discontinued or obsolete items until we try to order them. Please accept our apologies for this situation but it was out of our control. Took about 5 months for everything to arrive, took months to send what was already available.

Hi Sholom, We're so sorry for the delay in you getting your parts. The order was delayed as the items your ordered had to located from Japan, which adds 4-6 weeks to the shipment. The order was also set to ship complete, meaning that the order would stay here until all the items were here, hence the delay. We can arrange to send the items we have in stock and the remaining items follow on arrival, if you tick the relevant box and pay the additional carriage. Kind regards Fowlers Parts

Unfortunately the parts haven't arrived. DPD say they were delivered, but the shipping agent at the delivery address cannot find them.

Clutch cable i ordered and paid for was not in stock.nobody informed me until i rang and chased it up a week later.showed as in stock hence why i ordered it in the 1st place!

Never received the part as it was never in stock in the first place. Refund received but you clearly have a system which is generating emails automatically and inappropriately. Maybe you need to address this.

I ordered parts they never turn up they blame it on the post office not just once but twice. I will never order from the again. Would not recommend

Put Honda xr650r year 2000 into website and asked for main jet. You sent me a 195 that cost £16 Turns out that it should have been a 175. Absolute waste of time and money Not happy

Ripped off on the postage. 20 euro to courier a 5 euro part over to Ireland only to find its a 2 day cheap contract they have with DPD. Ordered Saturday got it Wednesday. 20 euro for a very poor service.
