Spent nearly a week waiting for a delivery that never turned up. Had to phone 3 times to be told it was coming to morrow and it didnt. Eventually asked for a refund which was supposed to be actioned that day...again it wasnt so had to wait days for that aswell. whole episode took nearly 10 days before I received a refund and no parts. The worst service I have ever had from any dealer

As discussed on the phone, your order had been dispatched and as such the situation was outside of our control. Every effort was made to chase the courier requesting urgent delivery. We are very sorry that the order did not reach you and that you found it necessary to request a refund. Unfortunately, it can take a number of days before the credit is available in your account. Rip off. Same 6 parts on eBay $290.09 as opposed to nearly 800 bucks on your site.

Did not receive these parts, lost in transit, had to re-order and pay for secure postage, awaiting refund for these lost parts !!

Item ordered was supposed to be in stock, two weeks later it hasn't arrived. On this occasion and previous occasion's, they haven't replied to my messages/e-mails.

Fj1200 ignition cool liste as an assy, if you select one automatically are selected both of them. The price is £90 with vat so notting to make you think you Will get just one (aftermarket orice is £18 each). The refund has not include the retur postage how is normal if is company fault. And ofcource no change in listing.

I ordered parts that showed as in stock, and they took over a week to arrive in 2 separate deliveries, not impressed! I would think twice about using Fowlers again.

Dear sir, The item you ordered was in stock but in the quantity you required. We then sent the remaining part when we had the item back in our stocks. I can apologise for this for the 2 sperate deliveries but we do were doing our very best to meet your order. Kind regards Fowlers Parts

Took two weeks to get a serviceable part. And kept been promised everyday on the phone it will be delievered tomorrow and then get told its on a pallet we have not broken down yet.

Everything went wrong. From the fact that the company sent my order in to different packages with different schedules. The second order I was aitting more than 1 month. The customer service support is so bad, I don't have words to define. I escalated the case for the supervisores. There is no feedback about the time that you need to wait for the order. You don't have also tracking number to check where is the order. And more more and more. I had headheakes leading with the staff. You don't have the option to pay with paypal, so you are not secure as a customer. After submit you are not able to add more products or change the order. Normally I am dealing with more than 50 online company's every month. This one was one of the worse ones. I will never buy anything more in this company. I prefer to pay the doble of the price in the competition than buy here! It was a long nightmare for almost 2 months.

Hi Daniel Thank you for taking the time to provide details of your recent experience. Fowlers, similar to many other suppliers, dispatch all items held in stock immediately and dispatch the remaining items once available. When orders are shipped in 2 lots, i.e. when all items are not held in stock. Fowlers cover the cost of the second parcel, as a gesture of goodwill. When placing an order on line a prominent warning notice is displayed prior to the check out screen, advising customers that we are unable to add items to an order once processed, and asking whether they are sure they have included all items required prior to proceeding to the check out. This is because our warehouse is partially automated and why our dedicated Customer Service Staff were unable to assist with your request to add items to your order. In our frequently asked questions (FAQ's) we detail as much information as possible, including lead times for parts not held in stock for all of our manufacturers. It is disappointing to read that you will no longer be using our services.

I ordered a list of parts as i have previously done several times from Fowlers parts. When my order came it was missing items, and the receipt which came with the order did not state that there was any parts still to come, as there have been on my previous orders. I contacted Fowlers parts and told them who responded that the Honda did not supply the part anymore and i would be receiving a refund on my card shortly . This is i feel is totally understandable that parts may no longer be available, but i do understand why they did not make me aware of this when putting my order together, that they waited for me to contact them to tell me that i would not be receiving what i had ordered. I waited a week and did not get a refund for the cost of the part, so sent an email to find out when i should be expecting a refund and did not a response. Overall terrible customer service and i doubt i will use again. My order number is (FP404301) and i still await my refund.

I recently tried to by 2 simple screws for my Piaggio and had to order 3 time and still they are the WRONG SCREWSSSS how frustrating Andrew Farmer

I received my parts within a couple of days of the order and the parts were well packed. I would order some more parts but I found a number of items on back order.

For the second time running I have ordered parts and paid for Saturday delivery (£16 extra) when the item has not been delivered. At the point of sale I was told the delivery is guaranteed, but when chased after payment is taken they then claim this is not the case. So why not just use RoyaMail??? I WILL NOT use Fowler's again, I'd sooner go elsewhere and wait on an accurate delivery date.

So far I've received only battery cover - still waiting to get rest of parts ordered. I've filled contact us form couple of days ago in this regards and didn't get any answer so far. Today I've called you and got automated message that all of reps are busy - please leave a message. I hope someone will call me back in this regards. +353867238040
