“3 filters & number plate bracket , the filters no problem but the number plate bracket did not arrive , when fowlers were contacted it appears the bracket was no longer obtainable ( the bike was to old ) & an e-mail was being sent to inform me , the point is delivery was so quick it was faster than the e-mail”

“Needed out of stock parts, spoke to chap in the stores. He told me they could be close to a fortnight coming. OK, so i ordered them and they arrived 4 days later. Who takes the praise? Fowlers of course, thanks chaps.”

“My items never shower up through Royal Mail but Fowler’s did everything possible to get this sorted for me. In the end issuing me with a full refund. Customer service were brilliant and will definitely use again”

“Easy ordering and good telephone service. Just let down by stock levels themselves for service parts. And Fowlers were then let down by lack of stock in Yamaha Europe for other spares. Fowlers themselves did what they could to deliver expediently.”
