“Communication from Fowlers was good , issue with delivery again . Website states that small packages will be posted in our letterbox if it will fit. This one would but the delivery driver instead walked 300 mtrs to my neighbours house and disturbed them to get a signature. You really need to get this sorted out as it is becoming annoying and I am considering making my purchases elsewhere because of the delivery issues.”

“I needed to order some gears, shims, circlips and thrust washers for the gearbox of my Rocket, the online fiche was ambiguous in places and wrong in others, however the ask Fowlers function was brilliant and Penny in the warehouse was really helpful. Good job Fowlers.Parts delivery was quick promised on Christmas Eve by courier, delivered Boxing day, great service really.”

“The parts and assistance received from Fowlers was very good BUT the delivery service was poor. Your site states that a package small enough to fit through a letter box will be delivered that way . Our courier MILO failed to do so and I had to wait another 3 days and take time off work until the parts were delivered. I had asked that the order was only sent when all parts , including those on back order when available and told this would be done. I was unable to continue with my overhaul until I had all the parts. .Unfortunately the available parts came with free postage and then I had to pay for the parts on back order when they became available . “Good service here. 5-6 days from placing the order to the parts landing on my door step in NZ. Only sight negative is the freight cost is a little high. However the freight service was excellent so I can’t complain at all.”
