“The quality of the parts is very good, however there was a mix up with my order and I was send the wrong parts initially. The customer service was good once I reported this and the correct part was delivered to me the very next day.”

“Great service over the phone and collection. The website search function is a little clunky and didn’t logically find the part. That said I will certainly use them again, with the phone process.”

“Parts delivered promptly and within timescale. However, I have to question why 4 (four) tiny 'O' rings cost £28! I have no doubt they are original Honda as they were packaged in a Honda branded bag but, come on, £28 for four little 'O' rings? Incredible.”

“Bought three oil seals, two for the rotor side of a Kwak Ar125 (I have two engines to be rebuilt). And one for the gearbox output shaft. Fowler's sent items quickly and their site is grand”

“Usually very good service, this time unfortunately I rang and checked parts for triumph street triple the bar end caps and screws , I was told came in pairs , not the case. Emailed no reply?”
