“PRO: Nice site, realtively easy to find your needed parts. Shipping and dispatch is reasonably fast (at lowest price, from UK to RO). A lot of items in stock. CON: I hate the auto-translation that cannot be disabled but will still order in the future.”

“Well-packaged shipment. Process from checkout to the item being shipped was quick. But it took a long time to arrive and no tracking was provided so minus one star for that. I am not sure if there are more expensive shipping options provided but I bought a relatively small item (throttle grip) and I live within Europe, so I was expecting a little more either way (quicker shipping time or lower lower cost of shipping or provide tracking). Was my delivery on time? I wouldn't know because no estimate was provided in the first place.”

“The parts are good and the price is excellent. The packaging especially for heavy parts (e.g. brake disks) needs more attention, the cardboard is not solid enough for the poor treatment of the courier services.”

“Fowlers have emailed and asked me to review my recent order. Review as follows I x Bolt and 1 x Washer = £10.00 P&P £3.00 Arrived very quickly Bolt and Washer look like quality items.....generally happy. It should have been a lot cheaper, but they have to make a living. I suppose hindsight being 20/20 vision I would go to a local iron monger/engineering type set up and I'm sure I would get the same product much cheaper. There you go Fowlers I bet you're sorry you asked”
