“I can only review in the service, and with the pandemic, post was slow. I asked 2 times for a update and took and it was just a generic reply. Not by a person, the part did arrive on day 6 and was spot on”

“Great that you can literally buy any part for your bike using the diagrams on this website but I think the flat rate p&p isn't great. Eg a foam pad for a seat cowl 2cm x 2cm cost 46p yet postage is £3. Other then that, great service and quick even though my part was on back order”

“Great selection of parts for my Honda Crosstourer. Delivered quickly by DPD. Items as described in good packaging. The only negative is the price. £25 for 5 m6 bolts!!!! But that’s Honda got you. Fowler’s provide the best service for OEM parts that I have found.”

“I am all ways happy with fowlers of Bristol product's as they are the original parts. I have only given 4 stars not because of the parts but the delivery side dpd had not informed me of the time my item was delivered as they are supposed too and one of my item that was supposed to be delivered by dpd was delivered my royal mail and it got lost, a new part was sent to me free of charge that was good as it shows they care about their custermer. It needs to be printed out when paying £5.50 for dpd delivery they need to stick to the rules.”

“I am a DIY mechanic and have been buying parts through Fowlers for my Triumph Tiger XC 800. Fowlers are always competitive on prices and often the cheapest option. The online interface is good as it offers up to date stock levels. Parts are always delivered as quickly or quicker than other suppliers. The only reason I don't always buy through Fowler is that they don't always have parts I need in stock and I don't like waiting so I go with slightly more expensive suppliers that can get the parts to me quickly.”

“I ordered a part for next-day delivery but put wrong address on. I immediately (within 2 minutes) contacted Fowlers by fone & email to change address... But I couldn't because 'the order had been picked & packed'. Within 2 minutes? Really? Finally managed to change thru DPD but it was all a bit of a faff.”
