“I have been restoring a 1992 Kawasaki ZXR 400 L and needed the three screws plus fittings which hold the fuel tank cover in place. Whilst I was pleased with the two screws and respective fittings I received I was disspointed that the slightly longer wone which goes into the front of the cover was no longer available, despite the fact that it was wxactly the same thread size as the other two. Furthermore I was more than a bit surprised at the postal cost when all I ordered three screws plus fittings which could be sent in a small envelope for a standard postal price. Although I live in the Isle of Man the cost of post is exactly same as that for the rest of the UK.”

“I found the Flowlers parts website easy to navigate and was surprised with the amount of available parts for my 1982 bike. Quick delivery service and packed well. My only ask would be an update communications on part orders (backorder) as not all available at the time, hence the 4 stars.”

“Did have to contact Fowlers after I had heard nothing for 10 working days after order. Chap I spoke to very helpful and advised one of the items had not been available in European store and Yamaha had to request it from Japan. When there are delays like this it would be helpful for an e-mail or entry against the order in my account. Appreciate Fowlers must deal with many hundreds of orders per week, so not sure if this monitoring capacity is available but it would be helpful. Delivery was expedited quickly once item received by Fowlers.”
