ForwardVia are a service provider and are unable to compete with some retailers who cover their actual costs on the sale of the product. The price paid to ForwardVia includes the use of the address, the acceptance, processing, storing and preparation of your goods for international transit including any export paperwork required. We also offer full customer support for all tracked shipments until delivery. I hope this information helps explain how shipping fees are charge. “Forwardvia is a godsend. Without them and their wonderful service I wouldn't be able access certain items from vendors who refused to ship outside the UK and EU. They have a very simple and easy to use website and there is no elaborate registration. The website is also easy to use allowing you to track and monitor the receipt of your shipment and to set up a consolidation if necessary. They are honest, efficient and helpful. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help in forwarding goods from the UK to international locations.”

“A great service - I live in Australia and wanted to order my daughter a limited edition item for her birthday, however the vendor only shipped to UK addresses. I have never used Forwardvia before, however they were fantastic - the product arrived promptly and in perfect condition - thank you. The only thing I would question is whether you should receive an email when a product arrives at the Forwardvia address? I'm not sure if I missed an email, however I only found out my product had arrived by logging onto the platform. (I pre-ordered last December and I was eagerly following the release of the product ie. I knew roughly when to expect it). Apart from that, the staff were very helpful and prompt with answering any questions - I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again. Thank you!”

Many thanks for your feedback, it's great to hear that you had a positive experience with Forwardvia. In regards to email notifications, customers receive an automatic notification every time a package is logged into their account, however, these do sometimes go through to spam or junk folders. If at any time there is any doubt of a package has arrived, you can always contact us and we can check it for you or you can add our email address to your address book.

“It was nice dealing with you, please next time ensure you log my phone number in the shipment label. Also, ensure sharing the carrier’s information with the customer. All in all, i am glad to deal with you and definitely it will be not the last time.”

When you order to ship, the content and all your details including your phone number you provided are automatically passed on to the Courier you've chosen. Depending on the courier, phone number may not appear on the shipping label even though it is provided. If you would like the phone number to appear on the shipping label, you could include it in your shipping address. As with the carrier's information, you should be able to see the courier's company name, tracking reference and tracking link for each completed shipping order in your account. “I got total 4 parcels shipped as for now and plan to ship more with them. They work fast, does not take too long to respond if you need help with something. Service works pretty smooth so far, I got my stuff shipped and there is no inconveniences during the process, could not ask for more, really.”
