“Foeardvia wa very helpful to get my Order from a small UK Company to Germany.. (Allways Deep in mind to ask the UK delieverer for their VAT number because that‘s what German custums wants to know. ) Without Forwardvis it would‘n‘t have been possible to purchase These goods from Germany. But as my personal resume: though all went well in the end I would not go shopping again in post brexit UK. The burocratic procedure takes too many extra calls and is too much of a hustle.”

“It was my first ever experience with ForwardVia and that was worst. From the customs in India charged fine for me and I had paid 2336 rs extra to the shipping charge. I strongly believe that it must be due to ForwardVias problem.”

We can confirm the package was shipped according to the declaration you provided in your account, and the shipment declaration was generated automatically when you ordered shipping. The shipping cost we charge does not include local tax, duty, or customs charges. It is as stated on our website and shown at the time of order that the shipping cost paid excludes local tax and duty. As with any other country, unfortunately, there will be import taxes and duties to pay for importing goods from another country. The courier shipping rates are determined by the parcel weight or the amount of space it occupies on a plane (known as volumetric weight), whichever is greater. This would mean that larger items would be higher, even if the weight is not that significant. This is an industry standard.
