Hi Chanel, We’re very sorry to see your review and that you’ve had this experience. We understand how frustrating it is when a parcel does not arrive as expected. When you contacted us, we looked into this with Royal Mail and were provided with delivery confirmation, including a photo. You confirmed this was not your address, so we treated the parcel as misdelivered. We then offered to resend your order to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. As a chargeback had been opened with your bank, we kindly asked for this to be closed so we could proceed with sending a replacement. We always aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly, so we’re sorry this situation has left you feeling this way. “Ordered some items for a mouse dolls house recently. Was a tight delivery time due to being for a birthday and one item was out of stock. I had everything crossed and kept in touch with Folk Interiors. They shipped immediately on receipt of the stock and the goods arrived the next day. Excellent service.”
