“Great service with a personal touch. Someone called me to explain that the grey stuffed cat I ordered was in short supply, offered to send a black one. I explained that my grandaughter specifically asked for the grey one and the company were able to oblige. Thank you Anne”

“Was asked to get these socks as a Christmas present. I have no idea what they are like because they were wrapped with a sticker. I hope they are worth it as they were expensive for a pair of socks and the postage for such a tiny item was extorionate. If I hadn't had such a specific request and not wanted to offend the recipient I certainly wouldn't have bought them. I have to submit my review as anonymous due to these socks being a gift, again I don't want to offend the person who asked me to give them.”
