“I ordered this item which the website was stated is in stock on the 30th March. It said it would be delivered straight away, I got an update saying it would be delivered in June, it was delivered in mid August. Really poor service!”

Hello Claire, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. We just wanted to clarify the timeline, as your order contained both in-stock and pre-order items. Your in-stock Maileg mice were ordered on 30th March and dispatched the following day, on 31st March. The remaining items were clothing from Maileg's new collection, which were pre-order items due later in the year. Unfortunately, the expected arrival date did move, and these were eventually dispatched to you on 6th August as soon as the new collection arrived with us. We completely appreciate that this was a long time to wait for the remaining pieces, and we're sorry if the pre-order timing wasn't clear enough throughout. We always try to make pre-order dates clear on our product pages, but we also recognise how important it is to keep customers updated when expected dates change. We're sorry for the disappointment caused and hope you are now enjoying all of your Maileg pieces. Kind regards, Folk Interiors Team
