“Hi, Your products are great. I orderd before Xmas and your website stated 24hrs delivery. However as I payed on Applepay it stated the items would not arrive till the 29th which was misleading. i have sent an email to customer support to give you a fair chance of reply. I wont be the only person in this situation but have not written on Google as I do not rush to judge”

We’re sorry to hear there was some confusion around delivery timing, especially during the busy Christmas period, and we completely understand how frustrating that can feel. Your order was placed on Monday 22nd, and at checkout the delivery message advised “Arrives after Christmas (shipping from 29th December)”. It’s possible that this message may not have pulled through clearly when checking out via Apple Pay, which could have caused the confusion. Your order was dispatched on 29th December and delivered on 2nd January, in line with this schedule.
