My initial order had to be amended because the item I requested was actually out of stock and not available until January so I switched to another item. It then took nearly 3 weeks for this item to arrive with multiple follow ups on my behalf before the order was dispatched. Overall a disappointing and unsatisfactory service

hello Julie, We are really sorry to hear you haven’t received your shipment yet — we completely understand how frustrating that is. We have checked your order and can confirm it was placed on Sunday 23rd, dispatched on Wednesday 26th, and the Royal Mail tracking is showing that it is due for delivery today (29th). Apologies for the delay — with Black Friday week, both the postal service and our own dispatch turnaround have been running a little slower than usual due to the high volume of orders. The products folk interior sell are beautiful, packaged with care and the customer service is another level. I made an error with an order and email to ask if I could switch 2 products, no questions asked products switched and a speedy delivery. Cant give this company enough stars.

Bought 3 of the new christmas cards (order 10801) and 2 of them work fine with sound and lights. The ballet card has NO button to press to activate it , although the enclosure envelope shows where it is ? Sent compaint email to Lumipop but they have not yet responded.
