Was asked to get these socks as a Christmas present. I have no idea what they are like because they were wrapped with a sticker. I hope they are worth it as they were expensive for a pair of socks and the postage for such a tiny item was extorionate. If I hadn't had such a specific request and not wanted to offend the recipient I certainly wouldn't have bought them. I have to submit my review as anonymous due to these socks being a gift, again I don't want to offend the person who asked me to give them.

I made an order and didn’t hear anything from the company after the expected dispatch date so I called them myself. I was told item I ordered was no longer in stock so they were waiting for delivery the following week. Disappointed at the level of customer service due to lack of any update or iota of communication. Also, when they picked up the phone they were in the middle of another conversation which I found to be unprofessional. However, after I called a replacement was made and my order was shipped to me the same day and goods were as described. So thank you for being so prompt at rectifying the delay upon my call much appreciated.

Products are beautiful but customer service is very poor. Contacted them about an issue with my order and received no acknowledgement or reply. It’s been 5 days since I contacted them and counting them. There returns process needs significant improvement.

I ordered just over a week ago and the items have still not arrived, this is really quite slow when the website quotes 2-5 days. Can't comment on product as not got it yet

The palm artwork is fabulous. The statement made regarding same day delivery is untrue. I placed an order on Sunday allowed time for the bank holiday. I did not receive any dispatch notification on Tuesday so reminded them on Thursday - they forgot! It was dispatched on Thursday and I received it the following day.

We just wanted to clarify a few details that may help for future orders. Your order was placed on Sunday evening during a bank holiday weekend, and our warehouse was closed on the Monday. The shipping service selected at checkout was our standard £4.95 delivery option, which doesn’t include guaranteed next-day delivery. While we always do our best to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same day, as mentioned on our website, we can’t always guarantee this during particularly busy periods. Unfortunately the new customer 10% discount wouldn't go through and it was an expensive item of 275. Additionally, the stock was running very low so had to order the throw otherwise it would be out if stock.

Pleased with delivery etc but very disappointed that the colours of the mug were much more subdued than in the original photo. I know each mug is naturally different but I purchased the item because I loved the vibrancy of the colours, however, the item I received had very muted colour tones. I bought it to give as a gift for someone whose favourite colours were featured but I feel it’s no longer such an appropriate gift for them so I’ll have to find something more suitable to give them 🙁

Service and delivery were good but the cushion inners that I ordered were quite thin and could have done with twice as much feather stuffing. I considered returning them but really needed them for the weekend so I kept them. I wouldn't order this item again.

We love the item but we’re a bit disappointed with the condition, whilst we understand it’s individual it has lots of metalwork missing and wood damage, slightly more rustic than expected, not as nice as the one in the photo.but ease of order and delivery very efficient.

No issues ordering but I am not 100% happy with the mug I've received. I did expect it to be brighter and more of a pink colour; and the yellow mustard colour be more vivid, like the picture on the website. Sorry I never leave negative feedback ever but I've never spent more than a few quid on a mug and was expecting to love them. Sorry

Ordered with this company as the delivery said 48 hours, usually dispatched on the same day. 6 days waiting for item at £4.95 postage isn’t ideal. Item didn’t arrive in time for birthday.

Hello, We are sorry your parcel didn't get to you in time. We aim to post all orders the day they come through. However in this instance I can see your order came through on a Friday after the last post so was packed and shipped on the Monday. It also looks like in this instance we have been let down by Royal mail as it should have been with you today. I can understand the inconvenience this has caused and I am going to refund your shipping for you as way of an apology. Katy x
