Service and delivery were good but the cushion inners that I ordered were quite thin and could have done with twice as much feather stuffing. I considered returning them but really needed them for the weekend so I kept them. I wouldn't order this item again.

Items delivered did not all match the pictured ones. Delivery slow (6 days) and communication re delivery poor.

Just to clarify, your order was placed on a Friday and dispatched on the following Monday, as we’re closed over the weekend. A dispatch email was sent that day to let you know it was on its way, and delivery was completed on the Thursday — within three working days. We love the item but we’re a bit disappointed with the condition, whilst we understand it’s individual it has lots of metalwork missing and wood damage, slightly more rustic than expected, not as nice as the one in the photo.but ease of order and delivery very efficient.

No issues ordering but I am not 100% happy with the mug I've received. I did expect it to be brighter and more of a pink colour; and the yellow mustard colour be more vivid, like the picture on the website. Sorry I never leave negative feedback ever but I've never spent more than a few quid on a mug and was expecting to love them. Sorry

Ordered with this company as the delivery said 48 hours, usually dispatched on the same day. 6 days waiting for item at £4.95 postage isn’t ideal. Item didn’t arrive in time for birthday.

Hello, We are sorry your parcel didn't get to you in time. We aim to post all orders the day they come through. However in this instance I can see your order came through on a Friday after the last post so was packed and shipped on the Monday. It also looks like in this instance we have been let down by Royal mail as it should have been with you today. I can understand the inconvenience this has caused and I am going to refund your shipping for you as way of an apology. Katy x

Stylishly wrapped products. The delivery cost seemed quite steep at over £9, and this fee wasn’t apparent until it was added on the final stages of PayPal. Delivery time was longer than average too.

Hello Jane, I'm sorry that you aren't happy with the service you received. You didn't add gift wrap so I'm not sure why you have reviewed it here? We send everything in pretty tissue but if you want the full treatment with 2 layers and a bow we think our service at £5 is very reasonable. Maileg are incredibly well made pieces and collectors items to cherish for years to come. Maileg set the RRP on these so we are the same price as everyone else. Katy

Quick delivery and nice quality item but it arrived very dirty with smears on the glass and had looked used so it wasn’t great presentation for what was a gift
