Paid for 24 hour tracking but did not get it delivered within the time frame

Hi Lian, We are very sorry to hear your order didn’t arrive within the expected timeframe. We did send your parcel on a 24-hour tracked service on Friday, but after checking the tracking, it’s still showing as in transit, which should not be the case — it should have arrived yesterday. With the Black Friday period, Royal Mail services have unfortunately been slower than usual, but we completely understand how frustrating this is. We’ve refunded your express postage, and we’ll also be taking this up directly with Royal Mail to understand what went wrong. My initial order had to be amended because the item I requested was actually out of stock and not available until January so I switched to another item. It then took nearly 3 weeks for this item to arrive with multiple follow ups on my behalf before the order was dispatched. Overall a disappointing and unsatisfactory service

We did want to clarify the timeline, as we always aim to be accurate and fair with our deliveries. Your order was placed on the 18th, dispatched the very next working day on the 19th, and delivered on the 22nd, which is within the 2–3 working day delivery timeframe given at checkout. I pre-ordered bowls and was aware they would take a few weeks to come but they have been massively delayed and still not delivered even after nearly 5 weeks

I have been asked to review Folk Interiors after placing my fiorst order with them recently. My order hasn't actually arrived yet and one item has already been refunded with no explanation other than a refund notification. Not overly impressed so far . . .

We completely agree that this isn’t the standard of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate the opportunity to address it. We can see that your order was placed on Sunday and dispatched on Tuesday. With the current sale period, our dispatch times have unfortunately been a little slower than usual — for which we sincerely apologise. Tracking your parcel today, it does appear to still be in transit, a little delayed by Royal Mail but we’re hopeful it will be delivered shortly. Regarding the refunded item — the stickers — we identified a stock anomaly and processed a £3.20 refund. We absolutely should have communicated this more clearly at the time, and we're sorry for the oversight and any confusion caused. Hasn’t arrived still. I asked customer service for advice, & was told it might turn up tomorrow (Monday). I sent another email saying this was inconvenient, but that email was ignored, & I don’t feel anything was addressed. I still don’t know why the parcel never arrived, which is why I asked customer service for their help, but felt I was left with indifference & no explanation, other than the information I already had! I had someone here this weekend to help me put it up on a second storey landing stairwell, now I will have to wait till next weekend & get them to come back.

1) 1 of 4 spoons has ugly deformation: it has ugly acne-like whitish shape at spoon end, unlike all other spoons and the website photo 2) the “made in our UK studio” bowl has “made in China” stamp. If I wanted to support China, I’d buy from Ali. I’m glad I didn’t order more plates there. 3) napkin rings are nice. Hope at least they are made in Europe.

I ordered two of the little Mouse chairs for my toddler which looked super cute. Unfortunately only one arrived and the paint is all cracked around the sides. Very disappointing indeed.

Took a reminder email to receive as my order got missed. Unhappy with butter dish as the glaze makes the dish appear chipped so l emailed but l have had no reply from the company regarding a refund or exchange. Very disappointing.

The items were advertised as being 48 hour delivery and 2-3 day dispatch. After 7 days teh item has still not been delivered (in reality it seems to have been a 5-day dispatch)

The products we received were lovely and great quality. However getting the products shipped took a lot longer than the website indicated at point of purchase. One of the items I had ordered for the start of my son's nursery settling in sessions, the product didn't arrive in time.

Hello Kerry, we are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations on delivery. We can see that we fulfilled this within three working days but then delivery by Royal Mail took four days. This should not have been the case as you paid for the 48 hour delivery speed, we do apologise on their behalf and we are of course very sorry we missed the first day back for your son. Handles if baskets I bought were very flimsy and coming unwound. I’m not sure I can hang them. Luckily I was going to put very light things in there.
