“Not arrived, no shipping update provided either - just that it was being prepared for shipping. Was meant to be on a 48-hour tracked service from date of order - last Sunday with working day Monday, so should've arrived yesterday. Was intended as a gift for a birthday today!”

Hello Jody, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re so sorry to hear about the disappointment caused — we completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when your order was intended as a birthday gift. Just to clarify, your order was placed on Saturday morning and was dispatched promptly on Monday when our warehouse reopened, as we operate on business days only. It was sent on a 48-hour tracked service as selected, but unfortunately, there was a delay within the Royal Mail network which was outside of our control. Tracking now shows that the parcel was delivered on Thursday. While it did arrive, we are truly sorry that it didn’t reach you in time for the special occasion. “This was my first order with Folk Interiors and im so happy that they stock one of my favourite brands, HK Living. I had purchased a couple of plates to gift a friend for a photo shoot and its been over 2 days and I still haven't received my order.”

“I ordered three wall hooks as they looked to be of good quality and beautifully made. When they arrived, quickly after placing the order, my expectations were exceeded! They were carefully packaged and are incredible value for money. Communication from the company was friendly and kept me informed. Highly recommend.”

“The palm artwork is fabulous. The statement made regarding same day delivery is untrue. I placed an order on Sunday allowed time for the bank holiday. I did not receive any dispatch notification on Tuesday so reminded them on Thursday - they forgot! It was dispatched on Thursday and I received it the following day.”

The shipping service selected at checkout was our standard £4.95 delivery option, which doesn’t include guaranteed next-day delivery.
