I had trouble placing order on line. I therefore phoned and extremely helpful young lady very promptly and efficiently dealt with the order. Having said that, no news from Royal Mail as to delivery!

Unfortunately the new customer 10% discount wouldn't go through and it was an expensive item of 275. Additionally, the stock was running very low so had to order the throw otherwise it would be out if stock.

Pleased with delivery etc but very disappointed that the colours of the mug were much more subdued than in the original photo. I know each mug is naturally different but I purchased the item because I loved the vibrancy of the colours, however, the item I received had very muted colour tones. I bought it to give as a gift for someone whose favourite colours were featured but I feel it’s no longer such an appropriate gift for them so I’ll have to find something more suitable to give them 🙁

I recently purchased an espresso mug from Katy @ Folk interior’s, the mug arrived quickly as the welcome email suggested, it was really well packaged in fact it was like pass the parcel 😄 Lovely packaging, thanks again, highly recommended thanks Katy.
