Or less than one star. No way to write/input message on these cards so recipient wont know who it is from and, not delivered when I did order and pay for one.

Taken for a mug. I was a new customer who spent £100's of pounds on their Maileg merchandise and as an incentive to purchase more I was promised a set of four mugs for free which I didn't receive. Avoid Folk Interiors Ltd.

Hello Daniel, I'm sorry you aren't happy with the service received. I can see your order for the four mugs and I'm not sure why they haven't been fulfilled? I will look into this as soon as i get into the warehouse on Monday and either send tracked 24 or call you about it. It definitely wasn't our intention to mislead you in any way. Katy

Not very impressed with the level of customer service. I pre-ordered to Maileg lambs, I had to email to chase where they were and despite getting a dispatch email the next day got no actual reply from anyone. Then when I opened my package one of the two mailegs hadn’t been packed (no damage on the packaging to indicate a theft via delivery company) I’ve called, I’ve left a voicemail, I’ve emailed, I’ve whatsapped. For a very expensive missing item I’m getting more and more annoyed and I can see from their facebook another customer is also awaiting a reply from their issue raised 6 days prior. Even if the staff are really busy Easter I still think a quite response even just saying they will look into it and get back to me would suffice. I’m really not one for complaining at all but I can’t tell you how disappointed and frustrated I’m getting. I need two of these for my daughters for Easter, I can’t gift one without the other and I’m loathe to spend all that money buying from another retailer (if there’s even still any left in stock anywhere.

Your order was placed as a pre-order in January, and the bunnies were dispatched as soon as they arrived into stock in early March. We’re so sorry that one was missing from the parcel — this was an error on our part. We also sincerely apologise for the delay in responding to your earlier message. We were a little short staffed at the time and working hard to get all Easter orders out, but we completely appreciate that a quicker response would have made a big difference. As soon as we became aware, we arranged for the missing bunny to be sent out straight away so it would arrive in time for Easter. Ordered from them twice, the first time was great. I received the package & delivery was fast, however the second order that I made, I am still waiting for to even be shipped, it's been a week now and I have heard nothing, even after contacting them. Really disappointed with the customer service, this was a present for a very special birthday :(

Have purchased a card but couldnt change shipping address or even write a message in tge card. Tried multiple times. took my money imnediately but no route to cancel order. So this week should be receiving a mothers day xard and not even a mum!
