“The day after placing my order i realised i had ordered a couple of pieces in the wrong size so i sent and email asking if it would be possible to change a couple of pieces to the correct size, Katy replied that this was no problem and offered lots of helpful insight via email to help me select the correct size after i had chosen the correct pieces my order was dispatched quickly and all arrived safely, I really appreciated the help as it saved me a lot of hassle having to return items or resell, I would highly recommend”

“The tent is really lovely and delivered promptly but the bonfire was wrongly labelled as available on line when it was in fact out of stock. You telephoned to tell me but still it was a big disappointment for my granddaughter’s birthday and may still not arrive before we leave on summer holiday. That’s the only reason I have only given you three stars. Y the product itself is stellar.”
