“Hi, Your products are great. I orderd before Xmas and your website stated 24hrs delivery. However as I payed on Applepay it stated the items would not arrive till the 29th which was misleading. i have sent an email to customer support to give you a fair chance of reply. I wont be the only person in this situation but have not written on Google as I do not rush to judge”

We’re sorry to hear there was some confusion around delivery timing, especially during the busy Christmas period, and we completely understand how frustrating that can feel. Your order was placed on Monday 22nd, and at checkout the delivery message advised “Arrives after Christmas (shipping from 29th December)”. It’s possible that this message may not have pulled through clearly when checking out via Apple Pay, which could have caused the confusion. Your order was dispatched on 29th December and delivered on 2nd January, in line with this schedule. “Hi I placed an order with you that was guaranteed delivery before Christmas, only it wasnt delivered in time. I bought a number of items, all from Maileg so not cheap and the house went missing in the post. The furniture arrived but then kind of ruined the surprise to a very understanding 7 year old but I was really disappointed, in the end we got it on new years eve, she missed a whole week of playing with it and though happy when it came it was a shame.”

“These charming plates were a gift and very well received. They are most attractive and are of good quality. One minor caveat - beware the packaging. The slot fasteners had loosened in transit as were not secured. We just managed catch these lovely plates before they tumbled to the floor. Message is - secure the boxes or handle with care if you’ve just got them.”

“We have had great experiences shopping both in store at Folk Exeter and on the website. We ordered a chair online which we are delighted with and delivery and communication were both excellent.
