“I’m impressed with the quality and design of everything I have bought from Folk interiors. We started out buying ceramics; gorgeous 70s inspired side plates and paint-dipped coffee mugs, small bowls, and thick cotton tea towels. Most recently I welcomed a brown cherry rug, a paprika cot duvet set and a wooden brick mould, that is handy for keeping all my supplements in one place.”

“Really lovely range of products, however when so placed the order it said they were expecting stock of the product I’d ordered the next day, but as soon as I’d placed the order this date changed to over 2 weeks later. This was a little frustrating as the order was a birthday present.”

“The product arrived in a state that was depressing. The small item was dropped into a too large box without any proper packing material, apart from some horrible chip shop type paper that was just pushed into the box. It was fortunately not damaged. We were asked to buy this as a gift for our granddaughter and had to purchase more suitable packaging at our own expense. The item is cute but tiny and cost around £30....not value for money and you don't expect to have to spend extra in order for it to be presentable. Folk apologised but offered no compensation. Not customer focussed, profit is king.”

“Love the items but very expensive. I buy for my grand daughter but it would be nice if she could add to the collection by saving up her pocket money. This would take a long time. Coukd you include some less expensive items in your range?”
