“I’m genuinely so impressed with my experience with Folk Interiors! The customer service was fantastic, and my order arrived so beautifully and carefully packaged. You can really tell how much care and attention goes into every little detail, which I truly appreciated. Everything arrived perfectly, and the whole experience from ordering to delivery was excellent. I highly recommend Folk Interiors and will definitely be buying from them again!”

“The delivery was a little long. We were also dissapointed with the product and packaging. We have bought 9 Maileg mouses in the past at different times as all of our grandchildren have one and friends grandchildren. We have always been delighted with them However, the quality of the Sleepy Wakey mouse just seemed cheap looking in comparison. I even checked online to make sure it looked like the real Maileg before wrapping it and giving it as a new baby gift. The packaging was tatty too. For the price, it was disappointing. We've always loved them in the past amd found them more of a luxury gift but not this one I'm afraid.”

We're really sorry to hear that the Sleepy Wakey Mouse didn't have the same lovely quality and feel you've experienced with your previous Maileg mice, particularly as this was bought as a special new baby gift. We're also sorry the packaging arrived looking tatty – that's certainly not how we'd want one of our Maileg pieces to be received. We have recently been in conversation with Maileg regarding some changes in their production, so we will absolutely pass your comments on to them, particularly as you have purchased so many of their mice over the years and are familiar with the quality you would normally expect. Just to clarify the delivery time, your order was placed on Friday, dispatched when we reopened on Monday and delivered on Wednesday. We appreciate it may still have felt like a wait when you were looking forward to receiving it, and we're sorry the overall experience was disappointing. “Great egg cups. I've been looking for replacements for some time on and off as I broken all my old ones. I did an internet search for good/quirky egg cups and Folk was the best suggestion. I did a quick check that the company had good reviews and it did. I would order again.”

Hello Amanda, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we're so pleased to hear you're happy with the quality of the storage box. You're absolutely right – the handles are intentionally fitted facing inwards for transportation. This is how the boxes arrive with us from the supplier and allows them to be safely and more compactly packaged for delivery, rather than being an issue caused in transit. We completely appreciate that this wasn't obvious when you opened the box, though, and a small note explaining that the handles simply need to be turned around would have been helpful.
