“Bought a lovely velvet quilt very happy with the colour. Arrived in about a week, but communication a bit iffy; didn't get a response to an email I sent. That being said, would certainly order from Folk again.”

“Really lovely range of products, however when so placed the order it said they were expecting stock of the product I’d ordered the next day, but as soon as I’d placed the order this date changed to over 2 weeks later. This was a little frustrating as the order was a birthday present.”

“Love the items but very expensive. I buy for my grand daughter but it would be nice if she could add to the collection by saving up her pocket money. This would take a long time. Coukd you include some less expensive items in your range?”

“Parcel arrived later than expected (the website said 2-3 business days and it took 7) and the box arrived really bashed up. Luckily the contents inside weren’t fragile and were undamaged”

“Bought 3 of the new christmas cards (order 10801) and 2 of them work fine with sound and lights. The ballet card has NO button to press to activate it , although the enclosure envelope shows where it is ? Sent compaint email to Lumipop but they have not yet responded.”

It seems this may have been intended for a different company, as we’re Folk Interiors and don’t stock Lumipop items. “My order was a pre-order and it took longer than I was initially told but the communication was great and I was informed. I haven’t looked at the items as they were delivered to my sisters house as a present.”

“Prompt and efficient service. Purchased item good quality. But I had presumed it was a much larger pan than it turned out to be! So a bit disappointed. May look for a larger one elsewhere. Not returning it, because it is usable anyway.”
