“I ordered a pixie doll and I accidentally put wrong postcode , I informed them and I am still waiting to hear back, not contacted Royal Mail to see where my parcel is , deliberately ignoring my emails and instagram messages, I am very shocked on their behaviour to be honest”

“Lovely item ordered twice second time the item I ordered was out of stock, however they contacted me with an offer of a refund or choose another design and even got it to me in time for Christmas - fantastic service!”
