“Ordered some lovely tapas bowls as a present, they were dispatched same day and arrived so quickly, beautifully packaged. Excellent service and my friend loved them. She wrote “Thank you soooo much for the beautiful bowls.. they are so perfect! ❤️❤️❤️””

“I ordered three wall hooks as they looked to be of good quality and beautifully made. When they arrived, quickly after placing the order, my expectations were exceeded! “I was pleased to find this shop and ordered a lovely vintage style jug. I requested a delay in dispatch and Katy kindly arranged this. I have just received the jug and it is just what I wanted. Very happy. It will go nicely in my new kitchen.”

“The palm artwork is fabulous. The statement made regarding same day delivery is untrue. I placed an order on Sunday allowed time for the bank holiday. I did not receive any dispatch notification on Tuesday so reminded them on Thursday - they forgot! It was dispatched on Thursday and I received it the following day.”

We just wanted to clarify a few details that may help for future orders. Your order was placed on Sunday evening during a bank holiday weekend, and our warehouse was closed on the Monday. The shipping service selected at checkout was our standard £4.95 delivery option, which doesn’t include guaranteed next-day delivery. While we always do our best to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same day, as mentioned on our website, we can’t always guarantee this during particularly busy periods. Your order was dispatched on Thursday and delivered the following day, Friday 30th. We really appreciate your feedback, and we’re sorry we fell short of your expectations this time.
