“I placed an order for two mice and additional clothes. I received the mice but the clothes are not going to get here until June , I wasn’t aware if this at the time I placed and paid for my order. They were fit a gift at the end of April , I’m a little disappointed”

“Folk is one of my favourite shops since discovering it on holiday. I now order pieces online whenever I want a special gift or to add to my HK Living collection of beautiful ceramics, which I can't get enough of. My go-to purchases are HK Living and Maelig of which they have a fantastic range. They are super helpful and whilst waiting for something to come into stock I had help adding to my order so that it all came together.”

“Folk Interiors were super efficient. The product was on offer, it was despatched immediately and arrived when it said it would. And my grandchildren loved their tiny maileg lambs! I would definitely shope with them again.”

“My recent purchase was made in the Exeter shop. It’s so beautifully curated, I think I’d go there just for the experience. The assistant is charming and helpful. I’m collecting the amber coloured glassware which I love and she very kindly boxed up two for me. I also bought 2 linen cushions on sale. A rectangle and a square in a neutral shade. Perfect.”

“Or less than one star. No way to write/input message on these cards so recipient wont know who it is from and, not delivered when I did order and pay for one.”

“Taken for a mug. I was a new customer who spent £100's of pounds on their Maileg merchandise and as an incentive to purchase more I was promised a set of four mugs for free which I didn't receive. Avoid Folk Interiors Ltd.”

Hello Daniel, I'm sorry you aren't happy with the service received. I can see your order for the four mugs and I'm not sure why they haven't been fulfilled?
