“Item arrived but with handles on inside out so had to be unscrewed and refitted. Maybe this was deliberate but nothing to say why? Product itself is great and well made.”

Hello Amanda, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we're so pleased to hear you're happy with the quality of the storage box. You're absolutely right – the handles are intentionally fitted facing inwards for transportation. This is how the boxes arrive with us from the supplier and allows them to be safely and more compactly packaged for delivery, rather than being an issue caused in transit. We completely appreciate that this wasn't obvious when you opened the box, though, and a small note explaining that the handles simply need to be turned around would have been helpful. Beautifully and carefully packaged, and arrived safely. Thoroughly enjoying them and they are a statement piece hanging in our new kitchen! “Bought the 70's coffee mugs (I have 6 of my own) for my son for a present as he loved mine so much. He too loves them. Had a few problems with the order which Folk Interiors were super helpful and efficient sorting out. Couldn't recommend the product and staff more.”
