Very happy with my purchase of Big Brother and Big Sister Tricycle Mice - they are adorable! They arrived exceptionally quickly and very well packaged. This was my first purchase of Maileg Mice, and I hope to add many more to my collection in the future -both other members of the Mouse family, and furniture items. I will definitely buy from this company again as I was very impressed with their service.

Katy You should realise that asking how you've done before the goods have been received is not a good start. However the main issue is with the very poor packaging with no tissue paper or anything to protect them. Consequently the poor mice have been very squashed and the ballerina particularly looks in a bad way. Perhaps you can tell me how to revive the poor thing, especially her ears.? You must realise that your parcels can end up at the bottom of a sack and need a bit of protection. Rosemary

I made an order and didn’t hear anything from the company after the expected dispatch date so I called them myself. I was told item I ordered was no longer in stock so they were waiting for delivery the following week. Disappointed at the level of customer service due to lack of any update or iota of communication. Also, when they picked up the phone they were in the middle of another conversation which I found to be unprofessional. However, after I called a replacement was made and my order was shipped to me the same day and goods were as described. So thank you for being so prompt at rectifying the delay upon my call much appreciated.

I happened upon the website full of lovely items, I ordered various bowls and mugs. I accidentally ordered duplicate items and contacted them to ask if this could be corrected. This was done quickly and the items refunded. I could not fault their efficient friendly customer service and will definitely be using Folk Interiors again!

Hello Julia, We are very sorry for the confusion — and for the frustration this has caused. The second item on your order is actually a pre-order, as stated in the product title. Our usual policy is to dispatch orders once all items are in stock, but in this case we sent the first item ahead so you didn’t have to wait for everything. The second item is due next week, and it will be dispatched as soon as it arrives with us. Paid for 24 hour tracking but did not get it delivered within the time frame

Hi Lian, We are very sorry to hear your order didn’t arrive within the expected timeframe. We did send your parcel on a 24-hour tracked service on Friday, but after checking the tracking, it’s still showing as in transit, which should not be the case — it should have arrived yesterday. With the Black Friday period, Royal Mail services have unfortunately been slower than usual, but we completely understand how frustrating this is. We’ve refunded your express postage, and we’ll also be taking this up directly with Royal Mail to understand what went wrong. We just wanted to clarify that we reached out on 27th November to offer an alternative item, and once you confirmed your choice, the replacement was dispatched on 28th November. As of 30th November, Royal Mail is still showing the parcel as in transit. With the Black Friday period, deliveries are moving a little slower than usual, but it is on its way to you.
