Hi Sophie, We're so sorry that your first experience with us didn't meet your expectations. We'd just like to add a little context for anyone reading this. Your order included a pre-order item, so we contacted you before dispatch to arrange an alternative, and your order was then sent as soon as we received your reply. We're sorry that you felt we hadn't responded quickly enough after your delivery. The emails and messages you refer to were sent over the weekend when our customer service team was closed, we reopened on Monday. We appreciate that waiting for a reply when you've received damaged items is frustrating, and we're sorry for that. We've now been in touch, arranged replacements for all of the damaged items, and resolved everything with you. We always do our best to put things right when something goes wrong and hope you'll enjoy the replacements once they arrive. Best wishes Folk Interiors Team

“Ordered 2 items for my niece’s birthday in time for arrival by post, neither arrived and so I sent both an email and messenger to chase. It took 3 days to receive a response, which stated that one of the items I ordered was out of stock and and so neither item had been dispatched. The in-stock item was then dispatched, arriving 3 days after my niece’s 9th birthday, but 4 weeks later I’m still waiting for the other item having had no updates. Really disappointing, and my niece was very upset to have no present on her birthday, and currently I’ve paid for an item that hasn’t been received.”

“Absolutely abominable! I placed my order over 6 months ago and Still haven’t received all of it! They took the money straight away as soon as I placed the order. No communication unless you complain. I was assured my order would arrive ASAP last week and 2 parts did, with a note to say 3 part on its way, where is it? ?? Im still waiting!!!!A very, very disappointing experience.!”
