The products folk interior sell are beautiful, packaged with care and the customer service is another level. I made an error with an order and email to ask if I could switch 2 products, no questions asked products switched and a speedy delivery. Cant give this company enough stars.

Bought 3 of the new christmas cards (order 10801) and 2 of them work fine with sound and lights. The ballet card has NO button to press to activate it , although the enclosure envelope shows where it is ? Sent compaint email to Lumipop but they have not yet responded.

Hi there, Thank you for your review. I’ve had a look into this, but we don’t sell Christmas cards and can’t find an order under 10801. It seems this may have been intended for a different company, as we’re Folk Interiors and don’t stock Lumipop items. Products are beautiful but customer service is very poor. Contacted them about an issue with my order and received no acknowledgement or reply. It’s been 5 days since I contacted them and counting them. There returns process needs significant improvement.

I recently discovered Folk Interiors whilst watching Rosie Henshaw YouTube channel. I fell in love with the Maileg Pixies so ordered a boy & a girl to represent me & my husband 😊.. they have safely arrived today & are absolutely worth the money.. good service will definitely buy more in the future. Ordered and paid for a number of items with gift wrapping to be delivered in 2-3 days. Over a week later I am still waiting. I get emails about a parcel being out for delivery by Royal Mail, but the track & trace code is wrong and takes me nowhere. See screenshot attached. Clicking the track button produces nothing. Then I get an email saying I have to come and collect the parcel. What is going on there. If Folk cannot get purchases delivered, you should try a different business model! And all this without even being able to review actual product!!!
