“Bought a lovely velvet quilt very happy with the colour. Arrived in about a week, but communication a bit iffy; didn't get a response to an email I sent. That being said, would certainly order from Folk again.”

We completely understand your frustration, particularly after giving us the opportunity to put things right. As many of our ceramics are hand glazed, there can be natural variations in the glazing and finish. However, we appreciate that in this case the item fell below what you were expecting and we are sorry for that. We also appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. “Purchased the wee camper set, sleepy/wakey mouse, some clothes, suitcase as well as granny and grandpa mice. They're super cute and I know my 5 yr old GD will love them when I take them to Australia. Great service from Folk Interiors- kept me up to date on orders and have a wonderful selection of Mailegs. Quite addictive for sure!”
