“Was asked to get these socks as a Christmas present. I have no idea what they are like because they were wrapped with a sticker. I hope they are worth it as they were expensive for a pair of socks and the postage for such a tiny item was extorionate. If I hadn't had such a specific request and not wanted to offend the recipient I certainly wouldn't have bought them. I have to submit my review as anonymous due to these socks being a gift, again I don't want to offend the person who asked me to give them.”

“Very happy with my purchase of Big Brother and Big Sister Tricycle Mice - they are adorable! They arrived exceptionally quickly and very well packaged. “Katy You should realise that asking how you've done before the goods have been received is not a good start. However the main issue is with the very poor packaging with no tissue paper or anything to protect them. Consequently the poor mice have been very squashed and the ballerina particularly looks in a bad way. Perhaps you can tell me how to revive the poor thing, especially her ears.? You must realise that your parcels can end up at the bottom of a sack and need a bit of protection. Rosemary”
