“My daughter loved her Maileg Tooth Fairy Mouse. She plays with it all the time since the tooth fairy delivered it - and it came in lovely packaging. There is a really good Maileg choice on the website too. Great service from Folk Interiors and my delivery arrived really quickly. I shall be ordering again! Such beautiful products. Thank you 🙏”

When you contacted us, we looked into this with Royal Mail and were provided with delivery confirmation, including a photo. You confirmed this was not your address, so we treated the parcel as misdelivered. We then offered to resend your order to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. As a chargeback had been opened with your bank, we kindly asked for this to be closed so we could proceed with sending a replacement.
