“I was really impressed with your customer service,you noticed that I had ordered an item that didn’t match the 1:12 size for the small maileg mice,you changed the order quickly and refunded the difference in cost.I would definitely order from you again.Thank you.”

“Amazing customer service - I accidentally ordered some incorrectly sized items for my daughter’s dollhouse without realising. They personally called me, swapped the items to the correct ones and refunded me the difference within the hour! Would definitely buy from them again, it’s lovely to be able to buy quality items from real people who genuinely care about their customers.”
