Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.

“Flowers for a Silver Wedding, unfortunately arrived too late and was very late the following day before they were left on doorstep with no indication they were there. After a telephone conversation, I understand responsibility is being passed to Royal Mail, but feel as your Company knew there was a possibility this might happen it would have been better to dispatch earlier. The flowers were still acceptable . Thank you for allowing me to comment.”

“The flowers were a little disappointing in that there were the type that dry and aren’t striking. The roses lasted a short time even when steps were reçut and put in deep water.”

“I recently ordered the Fire bird Freesias mfor my wife. I have dealt through this firm for quite a time now. When they arrived the flowers were ok but some blooms were damaged and the Gypsophilia with the flowers weas almost dead. I immediately contacted the company who remedied the matter immediately. I will have no problem ordering more flowers from them again. Thank you Flowers By Post for great service.”

“An unfortunate event prevented my flowers from being delivered. The Post Office failed to deliver flowers to my sister and it was my fault for not paying the extra for a courier delivery, so as to ensure they arrived. However my Mothers flowers arrived without drama and she absolutely loves them.”

“flowers arrived and were fine just very frustrated took money no info from then on no acknowledgement of order no email address rang phone number several times not accepting or putting call forward so left in limbo until they arrived sadly will not use again due to lack of support”

“The flowers arrived on the date chosen . Thank you.That was Wednesday 25th April. My daughter said the yellow roses were dead by the Friday . The carnations and spray flowers are still ok. As they were to cheer her up for lockdown and I have ordered some for my son and wife for their anniversary I am a bit disappointed although I accept times are difficult.”

“I sent 3 identical bunches to people....I asked my daughter what they were like, she said "in all honesty, not the best, one of the stems had brown leaves" - this is the first time I have used your company - I didn't feel able to ask the other people for an honest opinion of what they thought of theirs”

“These flowers were received by my partner Carole. Unfortunately these flowers should have had a lovely fragrance and have not. Also there were a lot of flower heads broken off. Quite disappointed to be honest. Pretty though. Thanks”

“You should inform the sender when the flowers have been delivered. I requested flowers to be delivered on 18/4/2020 to a lady. But I still don't know whether or not she has received them.”
