About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

Only reason for scoring 4 stars was that they arrived late afternoon although the expected delivery was 3-4pm. It would have been nice to have a morning delivery for a Birthday.”

“I have used Flowers by Post in the past and have always been very pleased with both the blooms and their service. On this occasion I placed three orders to family and friends to cheer them up in these dark times. I was a little concerned not to hear from any of the recipients on the day the flowers were due to arrive and in fact all were delivered two days later than expected. They all said the flowers were beautiful and were delighted. As these were not sent for any specific celebration the delay was not so important; possibly the late delivery was down to shortness of staff in the delivery chain due to the pandemic. I will use Flowers by Post again in the future.”
