About Flowers by Post:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

I was extremely disappointed as the flowers were intended for a dear friends 80th birthday but didn't reach her until the following day.

Unfortunately the flowers were not seen until 5 days later as the recipient was ill and hadn't been out. I'm not sure if the deliverer rang the doorbell or not.

The flowers left outside all night. Friend in but they did not ring or wait. flower needed to be revived. Disappointed on the size of the bunch considering cost.

The flowers that I ordered were good but they were delivered without seeing the recipient and were left overnight on the doorstep. Not even stood up but laid down on the step. I have had a apology and a discount code but it is too late for my friends birthday

I was heartily disappointed when the flowers that I ordered arrived, and what looked like a joyful bouquet on the website was in reality minimal and lacklustre. Further, I ordered a card to go with my flowers and this, too, was a disappointment: cheap quality, not folded accurately and not in an envelope. In short, I paid a significant sum for an underwhelming bouquet and a dowdy and cheap-looking card; I will not be using this service again.

Unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the lilies that were delivered for my daughter in law’s birthday. Stems droopy and not as many stems as I had expected. Some stems arrived bent. A week after delivery all are still yet to flower as they are still just buds. Looks unlikely they will. I’m unhappy with the whole experience. Shame as the idea is good. Will not be ordering again.

I have been a loyal customer for years but have been disappointed in my last two orders. When buying as a gift, the bouquet is embarrassing on arrival. The buds start to open after 3 days but the occasion is past by then. After 4 days, still looks nothing like photo.

The processing system appears to be under severe strain. Card payment system not working, so was forced onto busy phone lines to pay so that the order could’ve shipped that day. And in so doing “blank” in the title box, with flowers which were obviously [from her name] for a lady, was converted to “Mr” When I raised concerns I was offered discount off a future order, and had to go back again to get a partial refund. It’s probably 3 years since last ordered from this company - a good previous service seems to have gone badly awry

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong flowers, I was advised that the ones I ordered were out of stock so I was sent a replacement. As lovely as the ones were that was delivered, I was still very disappointed as they were for a special memory and not the colour I had chosen. I was given 15% back on my order, It would of been more acceptable to of received the full refund of £31 and a delivery of the flowers I had actually ordered.

My Mam who is in a care home, loves flowers, particularly Carnations and Freesias, so I thought I would buy her some to cheer her up. I went to see my Mam, and was disgusted with how few flowers there was. I will think twice about using this company again.

The flowers were limp when they arrived. It could have been the heat. I tried reviving them by cutting the stems but they were not of the usual standard expected.
