Paid for 14 day tickets for seaworld, aquatica and discovery cove. Arrived at discovery cove to find no tickets had been issued for us. We struggled to get in. Then as apology we were issued a seawold dining and aquatica dining ticket but could only use them once. Ruined my holiday

We have always used FloridaTix for our attraction tickets but this year were very disappointed. We were promised actual tickets but were sent E-tickets for Disney which wasn't the agreement. The customer service was hopeless, didn't listen to me and then my complaint was answered by the same person! Won't be using FloridaTix again.

Was badly let down unfortunately. I have raised the issues but never heard back. Paid for 3 days of park entry and all day dining at Seaworld parks. Was only able to use 2 of these days after the wrong information was sent to me. Queried the information I'd been given as it didn't tally with any previous attraction tickets I'd bought to be told I was wrong. Turned out I was completely right and it was remedied but only after a wasted 3 hour round trip.

Disney Park access has changed, yet Florida Tix did not provide upto date or accurate information on how to access parks, which cost us 5 days of our holiday because we couldnt get availability and subsequently we didnt get to complete everything we paid for. I will be emailing them directly to advise they update their information so other fee paying customers do not get short changed.

We booked tickets with genie pass, was told be had till may to pay for them, then a month later was told if there not paid in full we lose the genie pass and have to get ordinary tickets, false advertisement and when rang Florida tix was told out of there hands, not good enough our tickets came to 5000 pounds a lot to find in a week

Bought tickets through you. Never received my tickets so had to chase to then be told they would be emailed over to me, never received. Chased again to receive my tickets with incorrect spelling even thou these were spelt to the adviser over the phone and still waiting for someone to get back to and being ignored.

This was a bit of a nightmare! I booked 3 Universal passes, and received an email saying "This is your ticket" and then underneath "This is not your ticket. Your ticket will be sent separately". I was left calling the emergency hotline the night before we travelled to be told that I needed to ring the regular number in the morning as there was no one to help me on the emergency number as the office had closed! RIDICULOUS! I was told to call in the morning during opening hours. I explained I would be in the air! They gave no alternative help! Unfortunately, but fortuitously, my plane was delayed by 3 hours so I was able to ring during opening hours. The lady that took my call apologised for the mistake and explained that they had alerted the I.T. department about the confusing conflicting emails and they were trying to correct them. She then sent the tickets and I received them 45 minutes before I boarded my plane! So much stress and worry caused by them! I wouldn't use them again.

We asked for our tickets to come in the post and they were eventually emailed to us. The email was not from Floridatix but from a company called attractions so we are very dubious,frustrated and annoyed to be honest

Only send disney throu email and forget about sending the other tickets in the post and I have to keep calling them to find out where they are for the staff to not be that helpful

Ordered tickets. Failed to send them to my email. Rang multiple times no answer. Opened case through PayPal. No answer. Only contacted me when I escalated through to wanting my money back.

Booked six Universal 3 Park tickets . Chose standard delivery. Received an email with virtual tickets. When contacted, I was first told they wouldn’t be paper tickets. When I referred to my invoice and the mention of delivery Vanessa immediately replied “sorry for the confusion, they were actually sent out today by second class post”. How strange that she didn’t know that straight away. And how strange that they never did arrive. I clearly feel like I have been blatantly lied to.That’s a LOT of money to have spent with a company which does not supply what it says and has VERY dubious customer service. There are many good companies supplying Disney and Iniversal tickets. Choose one of them instead.

I ordered through FloridaTix for the 1st time. There was no mention that the tickets weren't real tickers sent to you like other resellers. So now, when I get to Disney we have to queue to pick up our tickets. I also booked an airboat ride on the website and selected a date and time. Only a few weeks before we flew I noticed in the small print of the "ticket" that it said I had to book into that date/time myself by phoning Wild Florida myself. I've never had to do this with tickets purchased elsewhere. I won't be using them again

Communication very poor. Ended up paying for a very expensive trip to NASA because I couldn’t change the package is time due to poor response times.

No help at all when we needed help during hurricane Dorian. Big Deal card could not find anybody that would accept discount card, complete waste of time.
