“Have yet to receive universal tkts purchased online and paid for in full on 16/11/22 ....Today is 14/12/22 Surely it's an email response with linked e tickets ....? Disappointed”

“We have always used FloridaTix for our attraction tickets but this year were very disappointed. We were promised actual tickets but were sent E-tickets for Disney which wasn't the agreement. The customer service was hopeless, didn't listen to me and then my complaint was answered by the same person! Won't be using FloridaTix again.”

“Excellent service from this company prior to our Orlando visit (Oct 5th 2019). Found them on the net (obviously) but decided to deal direct over the phone as they are based in UK. Lady who I spoke to was extremely hepful and knowledgeable - I had a lot of question. Ours was a party of 9 and she offered a very good price for Disney/Universal tickets. The £25 cancellation insurance was a no brainer as I was spending over 5 grand !!. Tickets were delivered by recorded delivery exactly as promised. Communication by email was near as instant as you would want. And the final test - the tickets worked perfectly in Orlando. There is always that worry but it was pointless. I can therefore Highly Recommend this company.”

“The website says that the tickets will be available within 72 hours of purchase. 3.5 weeks later and I’ve still not received anything - despite paying 5 grand. Customer service has been poor too, offering very little information as to why this is the case.”

“Ordered our tickets with only a week to go and was really pleased that our tickets were delivered on time and as expected. Tickets are ready for use upon arrival, no hassle whatsoever. The only thing I would say is a pity, is that the universal ticket is only a paper card rather than a plastic one.”

“Paid balance and still awaiting tickets. Should have been sent with 72 hours. 10 days later, two phone calls and 30 mins waiting, still nothing despite being promised on Wed and today I would receive them. Backlog and busy are the excuses. Friends who booked through Attraction tickets got theirs straight away and happily planning their reservations!!!”

“Good price but wouldn't order again from them. Paid in full for Disney World tickets but didn't receive tickets or acknowledgement. When I chased up after a few days was told there were issues with their IT to Disney, chased again and told they'll dispatch them as soon as they can. Sorry you have my money in full and I'm not funding FloridaTix cash flow, tickets finally issued when I pushed them within a day.”

“Placed an order for tickets on 2nd June 2023. It's now the 16th June and we still haven't received our etickets. Customer services are quick to reply but still no sign of the tickets, yet we've been sent links to review the company. The website says we'll receive etickets within 72 hours of booking but so far it's been 2 weeks and we're still waiting. I'd recommend booking elsewhere if you're planning to visit Florida and you actually want your tickets to arrive.”
