Disney Park access has changed, yet Florida Tix did not provide upto date or accurate information on how to access parks, which cost us 5 days of our holiday because we couldnt get availability and subsequently we didnt get to complete everything we paid for.
I will be emailing them directly to advise they update their information so other fee paying customers do not get short changed.
