I ordered and paid in full for Disney/Universal tickets over 2 weeks ago. The confirmation email stated tickets would be emailed in up to 48hrs. However, when I didn’t receive them, I contacted you via the chat option and was given conflicting advice on when I should possibly receive the tickets. Again, I never received the tickets, so contacted you again and was advised that I would receive them in 48hrs. It is now 4 days later and I still have no tickets. I fly in under 50 days and need to link them to various things, but the service has been shocking with very conflicting information given from each person I speak to in Floridatix.

I have used Florida Tix many times over the years and have always been happy with their service but on this occasion I have contacted them three times as I am sure I have been overcharged for my tickets having been put under pressure to complete the payment link which was 'expiring in 20 mins'. I have messaged, emailed and also emailed using the form on their website but am yet to receive any response here. Very disappointed but have similar feedback re FloridaTix being slow to deal with refunds so double check what you have been billed for before you pay.

We purchased tickets and they showed a discount code However we could add it to the purchase so I emailed them asking them to apply the discount as a refund They didn't even bother to reply

Great, price, but poor customer services. Our Disney tickets did not include Genie+ as advertised and no response from Customer Services.

States you can pay with PayPal. However when it comes to paying your balance you can not use PayPal, you can only use it for the deposit. This is not made clear when you pay your deposit . So I had to loose my £150 deposit in order to purchase my tickets from a company that allows PayPal.

Not happy that I have been charged £10 to change my universal ticket. I was not made aware my ticket was date specific. I have booked universal many times and it has always been activated the first date it was used then expires 14 days later. I had to change my ticket by 1 day as it was my travel date and have been charged £10. First time I have used FloridaTix for my ticket and unfortunately will be the last.

Placed our order 1 week ago paid in full and have not received our tickets very disappointing experience so far keep being told 72 hours then 24 hours and after a week still nothing. Not received our tickets ……

Absolutely appalling service and would never use again, we took out the extra protection when we booked and cancelled our tickets a month ago and are still awaiting a refund despite chasing this up a number of times

Event we had purchased date specific tickets for was cancelled due to Hurricane Milton - the event was the second to last date before the end of our holiday. I spoke to Floridatix via Jennie at the Customer Care team who said sorry no refunds on these tickets,I replied that the events as cancelled due to the hurricane and the curt response was to claim it via your travel - insurance. Not one ounce of empathy was demonstrated. When I replied about the limitations they then stated that they will escalate the matter and raise with the park and this can take up to 30 days. This is appauling customer service and the last time I’ll use Floridatix,there are other other UK based ticketing companies out there doing it better (and cheaper)

Had to be refunded as event was sold out but FloridaTix still allowed us to purchase event ticket. Poor from FloridaTix, much prefer to use AttractionTickets.com

Had the most awful experience on the 11th July on return from Clearwater day trip! Bus broke down in the middle of motor way, no air conditioning, no water and no plan to deal with the situation at all,we could not get off the bus as the traffic was flying by us ,I did ask was traffic police informed to help us, as it was were in such a dangerous situation, but no help came. Two and half hours later after been on a bus with no air conditioning no water another bus came , the road had to be closed off for us to get from one bus to another, the driver and host were trying to do their best , but with no tools or emergency plan it was a horrendous experience for all on that bus 😢

Absolutely disgusting level of service. They sell tickets they haven’t actually got. Then make you wait days for your refund because the event they have sold is fully booked.

The website says that the tickets will be available within 72 hours of purchase. 3.5 weeks later and I’ve still not received anything - despite paying 5 grand. Customer service has been poor too, offering very little information as to why this is the case.

Paid balance and still awaiting tickets. Should have been sent with 72 hours. 10 days later, two phone calls and 30 mins waiting, still nothing despite being promised on Wed and today I would receive them. Backlog and busy are the excuses. Friends who booked through Attraction tickets got theirs straight away and happily planning their reservations!!!

Placed an order for tickets on 2nd June 2023. It's now the 16th June and we still haven't received our etickets. Customer services are quick to reply but still no sign of the tickets, yet we've been sent links to review the company. The website says we'll receive etickets within 72 hours of booking but so far it's been 2 weeks and we're still waiting. I'd recommend booking elsewhere if you're planning to visit Florida and you actually want your tickets to arrive.

The booking service is ok though they could be clearer about pick up locations. The actual tour you go on though is entirely up to your tour guide/the provider. So what you think you are paying for might not be what you get. My pick up time at the end of the day was moved 45 minutes earlier than my ticket stated and then the coach was late for this earlier time meaning I could have done more but I was unable to because I was waiting for the coach that didn't turn up.
