“The website says that the tickets will be available within 72 hours of purchase. 3.5 weeks later and I’ve still not received anything - despite paying 5 grand. Customer service has been poor too, offering very little information as to why this is the case.”

“Paid balance and still awaiting tickets. Should have been sent with 72 hours. 10 days later, two phone calls and 30 mins waiting, still nothing despite being promised on Wed and today I would receive them. Backlog and busy are the excuses. Friends who booked through Attraction tickets got theirs straight away and happily planning their reservations!!!”

“Placed an order for tickets on 2nd June 2023. It's now the 16th June and we still haven't received our etickets. Customer services are quick to reply but still no sign of the tickets, yet we've been sent links to review the company. The website says we'll receive etickets within 72 hours of booking but so far it's been 2 weeks and we're still waiting. I'd recommend booking elsewhere if you're planning to visit Florida and you actually want your tickets to arrive.”

“The booking service is ok though they could be clearer about pick up locations. The actual tour you go on though is entirely up to your tour guide/the provider. So what you think you are paying for might not be what you get. My pick up time at the end of the day was moved 45 minutes earlier than my ticket stated and then the coach was late for this earlier time meaning I could have done more but I was unable to because I was waiting for the coach that didn't turn up.”

“Booked Horrorfest tickets at Universal. Paid a deposit as allowed with a final payment date in 6 months. Just got an email to say pay in full now as they won't buy tickets on my behalf until full payment received. WHY TAKE A DEPOSIT? MORE TRANSPARENCY REQUIRED.”

“I booked disney Christmas party tickets, paid deposit, but you failed to secure tickets in time and by the time you asked for full payment the event got sold out. Ruined holiday for 2 families....”

“Dreadful experience. They sent a confirmation email initially saying that my tickets would follow. They then sent me an email which said that my tickets were enclosed. There was an attachment with what looked like a ticket and it had a reference number on it so I didn’t think anything more. I then checked again the day before I travelled and saw in small letters on the top of the ‘ticket’ attached “this is not your e ticket” I received no other emails so it appears they didn’t plan on sending me my actual ticket at all! I called the emergency line and after a lot of discussion, random emails saying my reservation had been cancelled (causing me even more panic!), I finally received my e ticket the day of the HHN event. Such a ridiculous amount of stress for no reason and I know of at least one other couple this happened to. They didn’t spot it in time though and were denied entry at the gate to Universal. A dreadful experience and I will never use Floridatix again!”

“Still waiting for my tickets to arrive that I ordered over a month ago. Despite contacting FloridaTix and explaining this is a Christmas present, I have had no response and still no tickets. I will never use them again.”

“Paid for 14 day tickets for seaworld, aquatica and discovery cove. Arrived at discovery cove to find no tickets had been issued for us. We struggled to get in. Then as apology we were issued a seawold dining and aquatica dining ticket but could only use them once. Ruined my holiday”

“We have always used FloridaTix for our attraction tickets but this year were very disappointed. We were promised actual tickets but were sent E-tickets for Disney which wasn't the agreement. The customer service was hopeless, didn't listen to me and then my complaint was answered by the same person! Won't be using FloridaTix again.”

“Was badly let down unfortunately. I have raised the issues but never heard back. Paid for 3 days of park entry and all day dining at Seaworld parks. Was only able to use 2 of these days after the wrong information was sent to me. Queried the information I'd been given as it didn't tally with any previous attraction tickets I'd bought to be told I was wrong. Turned out I was completely right and it was remedied but only after a wasted 3 hour round trip.”

“Disney Park access has changed, yet Florida Tix did not provide upto date or accurate information on how to access parks, which cost us 5 days of our holiday because we couldnt get availability and subsequently we didnt get to complete everything we paid for. I will be emailing them directly to advise they update their information so other fee paying customers do not get short changed.”

“We booked tickets with genie pass, was told be had till may to pay for them, then a month later was told if there not paid in full we lose the genie pass and have to get ordinary tickets, false advertisement and when rang Florida tix was told out of there hands, not good enough our tickets came to 5000 pounds a lot to find in a week”

“Bought tickets through you. Never received my tickets so had to chase to then be told they would be emailed over to me, never received. Chased again to receive my tickets with incorrect spelling even thou these were spelt to the adviser over the phone and still waiting for someone to get back to and being ignored.”
