How can I review something in the future as not gone yet floridatix

The process of ordering 4 tickets for Universal Florida was simple and they arrived well ahead of time. However on trying to enter the parks we found that the names on the tickets were not the same as those registered with Universal. All 4 names had been mixed up and we spent a while at the gate trying to unpick what had happened before we could be allowed into the park.

I have used this company before and had a very good experience with them. But due to Disneys pre booking system which I must say is ridiculous and the fact I had to chase up a QR code from Floridatix reflex’s on why I only gave it 3 stars. I would hope that this is fed back to Disney as because of the booking system I wasn’t able to do 2 park for a full week out of the 2 I was there in Florida as they were fully booked.

Customer service is not there. Takes over 45 minutes to answer phone. And advisors are not the friendliest. As for tickets.. they came and worked but nothing special to write about the experience to be honest. I got what I paid for. So there is that!

Was expecting actual tickets and not etickets. Lots of people in forums saying Floridatix experiencing problems receiving tickets from USA

Service was ok until it came to linking tickets to the MDE app which became an issue-then had to contact Disney direct who linked the tickets in a few minutes

Bit of confusion when we got to Kennedy space centre. Standing in the line queuing with the temperature at 92 degrees with our e-tickets on our phone only to be told we have to go back and get a paper one from the kiosk. Not happy having to do that.

Floridatix does not make it clear that they issue vouchers for Disney tickets rather than hard gate tickets like other UK sellers.

It was easy to pay with deposit system and the final balance but as it stands I still haven't recieved my tickets

Service calling to book tickets was excellent, very helpful colleague taking my call. However despite ordering tickets on 3rd February, we are still waiting to receive them through the post. Called to chase - week ago and told they were being sent that week but unfortunately 10 days on we are still waiting. Called again and told would be sent by tracked delivery by Thursday so only time will tell. We haven’t recent any communication about out tickets which is a bit concerning given the cost! Aside, would be helpful if the open hours were longer than currently.

Good service, did what I wanted really efficiently, lost a star as I amended my order to buy Universal as well as Disney but didn’t let me keep my Black Friday discount. ☹️

Tickets not received within 7 days. They had to be reminded to send them. But what was paid for were emailed.

We where told that the 3 parks with Universal we had free parking, this was not the case, and so, there was no free parking at any of the parks, so i advise you to no longer tell the people who are buying their tickets from you as it is mot true.

Very pricey. Can only do the holiday every so often due to the sheer price of everything available. Fun, but hurt the pockets/

I emailed to get the price match and no one ever got back to me. Having paid £25 for this, I thought that response was very disappointing. Everything else was excellent.

Your service was good but There could be some improvements made in explaining the details on your tickets. As the two Disney 14 day tickets we received, have a date of 2017 on the back of them , which was rather confusing if you are travelling in 2019 , as one can only assume that they tickets expired in 2017. I had to contact customer support for them to advise that the tickets were actually physically issued in 2017 to floridatix and can be used in 2019 . Saves time if you explain this in your documentation
