“Great service but was disappointed that had to do a couple of different transactions to be able to get the best discounts on all my purchases would have been easier to do as one purchase with multiple discount codes. But very good value”

“Good service. However, I did try to call to upgrade tickets with Epic and it said they would call me because of volume of calls. They didn’t call or email. When I did call they were going to charge me until I said I wasn’t paying the extra charge.”

“Only site I could find that allowed us to book everything we wanted. Gave numerous options on dates, but there is alot of information to go through to ensure you have the correct tickets. I looked at a few sites and these were the best price available.”

“My experience has been good and customer care is very prompt. However due to me querying the £50 cancellation fee on Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party I was told that they don’t do the fee on special events even tho this was offered to me at checkout. Lots of people may not know this. Luckily for me querying this I was able to get the £50 refund.”

“They offer a great selection of tickets and are always very competitive. Only ever had one issue with them and that was when I bought tickets that had extras added. When they came through, one of the extras was missing and getting that sorted out was frustrating. Despite sending links and photos to the tickets I had bought which I could still see available online, I was basically told I was lying, the ticket was not available and the screenshots could be from months or years before! Eventually a manager had a look and followed my links and found the ticket and therefore honoured them but it took a while to get there. I would (and have) still buy from them if they offer good value. I do wonder if others who bought the same ticket as me realised that one part was missing otherwise they may get a bit of a shock when they try and utilise the extra they thought they purchased.”

“Relatively easy process and by far the best value tickets around for us tourists. Only reason I don’t give 5/5 was I’d prefer they sent us physical tickets but I know that’s just the way of things now. And maybe if the put up comparisons I would have saved the amount of time I spend trying to check prices. But hey! They were the best value for what I needed.”
