This was a bit of a nightmare! I booked 3 Universal passes, and received an email saying "This is your ticket" and then underneath "This is not your ticket. Your ticket will be sent separately". I was left calling the emergency hotline the night before we travelled to be told that I needed to ring the regular number in the morning as there was no one to help me on the emergency number as the office had closed! RIDICULOUS! I was told to call in the morning during opening hours. I explained I would be in the air! They gave no alternative help! Unfortunately, but fortuitously, my plane was delayed by 3 hours so I was able to ring during opening hours. The lady that took my call apologised for the mistake and explained that they had alerted the I.T. department about the confusing conflicting emails and they were trying to correct them. She then sent the tickets and I received them 45 minutes before I boarded my plane! So much stress and worry caused by them! I wouldn't use them again.
