Good price but wouldn't order again from them. Paid in full for Disney World tickets but didn't receive tickets or acknowledgement. When I chased up after a few days was told there were issues with their IT to Disney, chased again and told they'll dispatch them as soon as they can. Sorry you have my money in full and I'm not funding FloridaTix cash flow, tickets finally issued when I pushed them within a day.

The tickets that I have been given have wrong names on them and now don't link to Universal app correctly. Universal Studios are now having to look into the situation and rectify it for me hopefully.

Have yet to receive universal tkts purchased online and paid for in full on 16/11/22 ....Today is 14/12/22 Surely it's an email response with linked e tickets ....? Disappointed

After paying for my tickets, I still haven’t received them 2 weeks later. It states you should receive them in 72 hours and still nothing.

Awful experience. Ordered actual tickets but got e tickets. They had our names on however the names on the tickets were different ro who they had been allocated to. We got questioned every time we visited the parks. Parking was supposed to be included for the seaworld tickets but again had to argue at the booth as the tickets didn't show parking.

7 days to go and not received my e-ticket. receipt of an e-ticket saying this is not a ticket all over it!

Sent an e-ticket when a physical ticket was requested at the point of sale. When questioned, said Disney only provided e-tickets and could not seem to understand that if so, they should not offer a physical ticket option at checkout. No complaints around ease of use or delivery but did not ultimately get what I ordered, because it was never available in the first place.

Chose to have my tickets posted due to lack of a printer only to be sent e-tickets 2 days later. Contacted floridatix to be told only e-tickets are offered for the tickets I purchased. Would be useful to state that on the advert as I would not have purchased them and would have purchased elsewhere instead.

Waited along time for the tickets to arrive. Kept getting promised that they're on the way. Then told they were in Stansted. They hadn't been posted in the beginning

Paid in full but was sent a email asking for £10 to send tickets, also was sent an adult ticket for a child, both things were unnecessary worries when we were a week before departure!!

No establishments where aware of the Kids Eat Free card or campaign. Kindly many honoured the offers anyway but this was timely and pretty inconvenient. Every restaurant needed sight of the card, the offer and thorough explanations so it’s not ideal if wifi is an issue or your not comfortable conversing over coupons or if language barriers are present. When the card was accepted value for money was realised and we frequented the same Subway or CiCis pizza so we did achieve a saving. Other venues commented the offers displayed by Kids Eat Free were very out of date but kindly offered an alternative (after several manager discussions), some venues listed no longer exist.

Ordered and paid in full for my tickets and was advised they would be sent out within 7 days. Four weeks later still no tickets. I have had to email twice, each time being told they will be dispatched in a few days. They weren't.

I am still awaiting a response to the couple of emails sent. I mistakenly made a second purchase for the same Universal tickets for our forthcoming holiday, only made obvious by the 2 emails received asking for final payment. The reason I purchased the 2nd time was because I did not receive an email for the first purchase and although I thought I had booked the tickets, I had no evidence to support this (no email, reference number) - I always keep emails and I print off the receipt, as I have a folder that I keep each holiday details in (like a keepsake). I am waiting to hear if they can cancel the 2nd order and transfer the £40 deposit to the 1st order. I know that this is not their mistake, however, I can only base my rating on what has happened so far. The mistake would not have happened if I had been reassured from evidence that I had booked tickets.

It was ok but when you have paid quite a lot of money already it was a shock to have to pay extra to park your car.

I didn’t have a trip as previously explained many times to Florida Tix. The booking process was fantastic, however I have been awaiting a refund since the beginning of September which I am very disappointed about.

I have messaged twice, and phoned once and have been told each time that I would have a renewed ticket with an amended name on within 48 hrs! I have been assured it is on the system but have still not received ticket!
