“Great customer services from start to finish. I have used floridatix on a number of occasions and never had any problems. Even during covid I got my moey back with no issues. I recently had to make changes on my booking and this was done with no issues what so ever Any customer service agents from floridatix that i have dealt with have been friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.”

“The booking service is ok though they could be clearer about pick up locations. The actual tour you go on though is entirely up to your tour guide/the provider. So what you think you are paying for might not be what you get. My pick up time at the end of the day was moved 45 minutes earlier than my ticket stated and then the coach was late for this earlier time meaning I could have done more but I was unable to because I was waiting for the coach that didn't turn up.”
