“All very straightforward - but being a first-time visitor to Disney I needed to contact FloridaTix to find out how to link my digital tickets to the My Disney Experience app so I could reserve my Disney park days.. I think a simple guide to how to do that for first timers would be welcome when you receive the tickets. All has gone smoothly with park entry and converting our digital I-trolley tickets to physical ones. And I benefited from discounts for each purchase - thanks FloridaTix!”

“Booked Horrorfest tickets at Universal. Paid a deposit as allowed with a final payment date in 6 months. Just got an email to say pay in full now as they won't buy tickets on my behalf until full payment received. WHY TAKE A DEPOSIT? MORE TRANSPARENCY REQUIRED.”

“Fantastic service as usual. Agent I spoke too made sure I got discounts on park tickets as well as Halloween Horror Night as they were different percentages and I was finding it hard to get both discounts online.”
