“I had an easy purchase and check out but discovered a mistake on one of the tickets possibly my own fault but as soon as I contacted Floridatix via messenger the problem was fixed in a matter of hours.”

“We brought our tickets with Floridatix back in June we tool out the cancellation cover, then when the black Friday deals came out the price has reduced, so I rang Floridatix explained that I had the cover and within seconds my order was amended and I had saved hundreds of pounds.”

“My call was answered quickly and I spoke with Jenny who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Jenny very quickly understood my needs and although Floridatix weren't the cheapest, just knowing that they are experts in the field and come so highly recommended made my decision easier. I have seen many posts where they have been contacted out of hours due to time difference in Florida and have still answered and resolved any issues. Peace of mind can not be priced, especially when spending on 8 Park tickets for both Disney and Universal. If Covid has left us with anything its that nothing is certain so customer service is everything and Floridatix provide it in buckets.”
