“I received the food quickly but the food upset all three of my dogs with very bad diarrhoea, I introduced the food slowly over four days starting with only adding a teaspoon then a tablespoon etc on the fourth day I shared one 185g between the three of them & that is when that night they all had diarrhoea which was very upsetting as one of our dogs is elderly & struggles with mobility. I phoned the company the next morning explaining what happened at no time did the lady say she was sorry to hear this, she just was suggesting everything to say it wasn’t the food, she asked if my dogs go for a walk on or off the lead, I said they did all apart from one of them as like I stated she has limited mobility, she was almost suggesting they ate something while out & then brought something home for our other dog to eat absolutely ridiculous, anyway my reason for writing this review is to warn other dog owners to be careful”

“It's a pity that this even exists. Why do dogs and cats need fish? It's not a natural food for either. The seas are being plundered and destroyed and so much of it makes its way into unnecessary pet food. Don't you think it's irresponsible?”

“My dog Daisy was an unwanted puppy, born in the street, homeless. Since living with me she has become a spoiled princess who only eats chicken breast and a few treats. She likes your treats so I was sure she would like your food. So far she would rather starve to death than eat either packs. She sniffs and walks away. I will keep on trying but as this is at the end of a vast array of wet and dry dog food I am not hopeful.”

“Totally let down by fish4dogs. Ordered in plenty of time so I wouldn't run out. Order didn't arrive. Customer Service knew order had not been dispatched but didn't bother to let me know. Would still be waiting if I had not contacted them. £3.99 delivery!!! Poor, poor customer service. Just hope no tummy upsets by being forced to try a new food.”

“I was very happy with fish4dogs until today when I was not given the 10% discount advertised, and when I wrote a review to explain this, it wasn't accepted and they asked for a second review. I must say this review is much more negative than the first which praised the product itself.”

“Just received salmon cookies which look delicious but they have too much packaging. A decorated pouch with a tag at the top for retail outlets would be much kinder to the environment and the box adds to the weight being lifted by the delivery man.”
