The dogs seem to like the food but at the increase cost we will be sourcing a new food now! Our first purchase was £57.00 on a subscription monthly order. Now that it’s increased to £79.00 we won’t be buying again. What other product would you pay 31% increase in one month. Ridicules to think that this is acceptable When I complained I got the same old story that it was on offer now it’s not! In principle I wouldn’t use Fish4Dogs again.

I’ve been bulk buying freeze dry white fish training cubes for years directly from fish for dogs- one of the only things my dog can have due to severe allergies. They have disappeared without warning off the website and having phoned in a panic- was told discontinued .

I have recently introduced a complete diet of herring and potato wet food to my dog who has has been ill with digestive intolerences.. He has settled well on it. I have just gone on the website to order his next couple of months of this food and find that it has been completely discontinued! No warning! I am a subscriber to the newsletter and received no communication about this discontination. There is no alternative offered!!! Apparently in about 4 months time some new recipes to replace those discontinued will be introduced. This is huge oversight with no consideration or thought for the dogs on this diet. Once a dog is settled on a food it is not fair to have to find an alternative and reintroduce the new food. To say I am hugely disappointed with this company is an overstatement. I telephoned, very polite, but only a sorry was offered. Not good enough.

Was initially very pleased quality of products very good but my last order was an item missing a phone call was made and the person checked and said the missing item would be on the way sadly 2 weeks later still not arrived .very disappointed as I can not afford to pay for items that do not arrive .fish 4 dogs have dropped right down my list for service

These are NOT white fish. They’re mostly salmon with 4% white fish. Consequently my puppy’s special diet was ruined.

Very short dates. I think this should be specified before you buy. Normally I would consider short dates a good sign but when the cheapest way to buy is a deal they offer on several packets and you get them and realise you can’t then use them all before the short dates and they won’t do anything about it so not too happy

Have been a customer of Fish 4 dogs for many years , my Hungarian vizsla is now 8 years old and has been brought up on fish 4 dogs treats , also bought for my daughters dog and now her puppy. One of the things We have always had is sweet potato treats and they all love them . Recently I have been very disappointed in these, they used to be different wrap sizes some small some large, which was fine, recently past orders have been so small and sweet potato has diminished in some. I understand the cost of things have risen, but costs go up and quantity goes down. Very sorry but don’t feel I will be reordering . Regards

I have been ordering for a number of years and my cat loved this. The last order the packaging changed and I definitely saw a difference in the food. My cat refused to eat it. I called to discuss this and was told no one else has contacted them with the same issue and so nothing can be done. I persisted in leaving the food out for my cat thinking she will get used to waht ever difference there is in the food. My cat then began vomiting, had diarrhea and then blood in the vomit/mucus. Not sure if it is the new recipe, the batch or unrelated.
