“1st order I can confirm I received with no issues and so happy ordered for 2nd time - 2nd time of placing an order the parcel didn’t get delivered as appeared damaged in transit 2nd delivery attempt sent out again damaged in transit !! Couldn’t wait around so I had to purchase elsewhere I requested a full refund which was offered immediately.”

“Really don't like the white fish flakes it smells disgusting and didn't want to feed it, tuna flakes very expensive and mackerel pouches good but too expensive having said that the superior dried food seems to really suit my girl”

“We looked at the size of the kibble on the web site and decided to go with the small, when we got it it was far to small, nothing like the size chart, should have waited for the samples. Don't think we'll buy again”

“I have only given this a 3 star rating this time as while the food is excellent,the packaging is now awful! Why you have to now fill the box with awful & very dusty shredded cardboard is beyond me! The bag of food now needs to be washed before i bring it into the house thanks to all the dust on it....Not happy!”

“I get emailed 10% discount offers but when I order they are not reflected in the invoice only the 10% for high spending. Very misleading.”

“My dog seems to like only the white fish and green beans, fussy fussy. I try to buy it when it is on offer as it is only a very small tin. It's probably meant to be a "topper" so I put biscuits down also . If you have a big dog you would need a lot of tins to fill them up!!”

“Like most places now the delivery charge MAY be included in your purchase but don't expect them to get it out to you quick snap unless you pay some extra charge. I won't and don't see why I have to so will probably shop around when the dog wants more of this expensive food!”

“I like this product very much. We have given all our dogs these biscuits for years and they have done really well on them. However, we order two big bags each time and it seems the Fish4Dogs company have changed their delivery company and for the first time we had the bags dumped on the pavement in the street by a very rude driver who refused to at least get them to the front door. I complained to Fish4Dogs and the delivery company and had no response from either. I’m not old or infirm but these bags are really big and heavy and if this is how we are going to be treated as a regular customer from now on I will move to a different product who can deliver to my front door.”

“I have two dogs - a large and small one. Unfortunately the kibble size was not suitable for both - small- too small for the big doodle and large - too large for the cockapoo, so unable to use same food for both. One positive is that we only needed about 2/3 of what we were feeding previously, making it last longer and therefore more economical. We changed kibble and chose this as the cockapoo developed allergies to the original. However after about a couple of months on this food, I've noticed a decline in the condition of both their coats. Also it doesn't seem to satisfy their hunger. So we have decided to change again to something else... The customer service was excellent when our sack hadn't turned up once and other deliveries have always been prompt. The subscription service worked well too.”
