“My dogs used to love this brand. I ordered what I thought were salmon puppy packs and trial packs and was sent white fish which none of the puppies will eat. And none of my puppy owners want them 😔 Also really disappointed that the salmon and trout mousse are now in tins and more expensive than the pouches. Sorry Fish4Dogs 🙏”

“Pup is hit and miss with it now they also find bits of dog food unedible and they spit them out on floor. Beginning to wonder if she is fussy , not hungry or not enjoying it. First packet was great but even I have seen suspect bits of kibble”

“Love the products but the delivery was completely messed up by you, when you changed my default address to a friends address, with the result being my order was delivered to their house. They were on holiday. I realised my order was missing so contacted you. You sent me a photo of in on their doorstep. I told you what had happened and changed my address myself back to my own. I ended up ordering more as I needed it quickly and your resolution was to get my friend to post to me. They live too far away for that. Eventually you offered to collect from them and deliver to me. By that time I had already ordered more”

“Unfortunately the company uses Amazon to deliver to my area. "Normal" Amazon is first rate but Fish4Dogs has managed to find the hopeless ones. Even with details and a map they managed to deliver to the wrong house and even showed a photo! It was only dog treats and after one long phone call to them (they were very helpful to be fair), I just couldn't be botherted to go through iot all again. They sell big bags of kibble that I had a few years ago with no problems but I woul;dn't risk it again. Cruelly, I have to say they have lost me as a customer because if they can't arrange reliable delivery then what's the point? Quite apart from the stress and time wasted”

“When you are next on holiday, please could you write on your website that you are shut for 2 weeks. If i'd known, we would have ordered more food than usual over the Christmas period. The website advised only there would be a delay of a week, thinking you'd be open a few days inbetween. However we waited much longer.”

“I am very dissapointed that with delivery from amazon,I have acouple now since you dropped DPD and they have been delivered very late afternoon in it was evening 8pm which I am not happy about being a vunerable elderly person that time of night is no good to me,looking to get elsewhere.”

“Had these before and a MUCH better quality then. These are just filled with dust, horrible! I have to open them up a little and just get the rubbish out before I can let them chew. Very expensive chews so I expected them to be better.”

“Purchased this food as the breeder recommended it. My puppy always needed a massive encouragement to eat her meals. We assumed she just wasn’t a big eater. The protein content in this food is not very high and the amount of fish oil has caused diarreah. Switched to a less expensive food with higher protein and my dog loves it.”

“Although my dog enjoyed them they only lasted him seconds. I have previously purchased another brand of fish treats and they lasted longer. He is a Labrador so nothing lasts long but these did not live up to my expectations. It does say they’re ‘dental’ so I presumed they would be firmer as both types I purchased seemed very soft and turned to dust in seconds.”

“I like the food, but they run promos every single week. I wish they would just price the food properly and ditch the silly weekly deals. Most people are going to stick to their preferred dig food brand and it is just frustrating to try and plan purchases around what deal they might run next”

“I've been buying the tiddler treats for years, my dog loves them. However, I placed my most recent order direct, as always, and received an e-mail telling me it would be delivered by Amazon. When I checked I could have saved £7.00-ish by ordering via Amazon so shop around. Not impressed.”
