“This is the Second Time I have Leased through First Vehicle Leasing . The Experience on Both Occasions was Good . They worked hard to Keep the business this time around . There Communication was Good . I could not Fault anything in the Process . And when I comes to leasing again they will be my First Stop .”

“I have been dealing with FVL (formerly Tilsuns) for years and always dealt with Ian Ball who was excellent. This time I dealt with Leon who definitely filled Ian's shoes. I kept asking him for different quotes as I changed my mind several times and he was happy to oblige. I had a problem with the car upon delivery and Leon (though it was nothing to do with the leasing company) helped as best he could. He followed things up to make sure everything was sorted and I was happy.”

“This is my fourth car with FVL. I look at other companies but FVL always come in with competitive prices and their customer service is great. I dealt with Peter Sherry for my last two cars and he has always been informative and helpful and returns calls or emails quickly. The delivery department contacted me to say the car was ready and asked when I wanted it delivered rather than being told when it was coming. The person delivering was in contact saying what time they would be arriving that day. Returns are easy and unpressured. A good company to lease your car through.”

“I have been using FVL for over 8 years now, and I have always been extremely satisfied. Peter went above and beyond to find the right car for me, at the right budget, when I wanted to move to full electric. Delivery was made exactly as agreed, and the return of my previous lease was also managed perfectly. Great service, I highly recommend FVL!”

“I was scheduled to pick up my new vehicle and have my old vehicle collected on the same day, the 13th August 2024. Unfortunately things did not work out as planned and I had delivery of my new vehicle at about 1530 on the 13th! I had already had various e-mails from the finance company to say that my old vehicle would be collected the same day (13th). After various phone calls I was supposed to get a phone call from the pick up driver, this did not happen! The next morning I telephoned the collection company to be told that the soonest I could expect collection was Friday 16th; I was not very happy about this and I told the lady on the phone so! About an hour later I received a call to say that my old vehicle may be collected that day (14th). About another hour later I had a phone call from the collection driver to say the vehicle would be collected sometime that day. The vehicle was collected about 1530 that day, the 14th August 2024. My main concern was that I had travelled from Shetland, to exchange vehicles on the 13th August and I was returning on the 17th August. Both journeys involve a 12 hour overnight ferry crossing from Aberdeen. In the end all came to fruition but there was a lot of frantic phone calls.”

Hi William I'm really sorry to hear that all did not go as planned with the collection of your car at the end of the contract. Unfortunately, it is not FVL who collect your car or who organise it. The collection of your car was organised and administered by the finance company, Lex Autolease, who own the car. I can pass this on to them or you can contact them directly should you wish to make a complaint. “I mainly dealt with Peter who was always very friendly, professional and quick to resolve any queries I had. “I initially contacted FVL in October 2023 have finally taken delivery of the company vehicles this week. The delay was entirely due to my circumstances and for this I would like to thank Chris Peart for his patience and understanding as I carry the trophy for the longest deal in his many years at FVL. “We worked with your consultant Chris Peart. He kept us up to date with the vehicles that were available. Dealt with all our queries. Fully explained the leasing process and discussed our options with pricing. Once we had decided on the required vehicle, he ensured that all paperwork was completed correctly and again dealt with any queries concerning the formal contract. If we ever want any new vehicles we will always try Chris first. The service we received this time is the same as the excellent service we have received from Chris in the past.”
