“Love Firetext ! So easy to set up and so user friendly. Have set up all my client reminders and managed to import my contacts in one hit. Lola is super helpful and friendly too, nothing is too much trouble and she checks in with me from time to time to see if I need any help. Will be recommending to all my clients and peers.”

“Fantastic service, really easy to set up (and integrate with Zapier) and has made the world of difference to our communication with clients. We have only been using FireText for a couple of weeks and our sales conversions are already significantly higher. For companies not using SMS in their client contact, we would recommend you do it now and definitely use FireText.”

“From the website to the supporting team, all have been excellent. The website (the FireText portal is very easy to use also) is easy to use and you can find all the information you need including pricing. I signed up for a trial account initially to have a play and ensure I could do what I need to, after researching lots of text solutions offered by different companies. I did this easily and I was having a play around and reading their set up guides etc. Within 20mins of signing up I had a welcome email from Alannah, who advised they had verified my account and put some free credits on the account so I could do some live testing. I told her a little about my task and what I wanted to achieve and Alannah gave me some great tips and advice on how best to get the most out of FireText. Even helped me compose a much improved text. The communication with Alannah and FireText has been a real delight, its been speedy, accurate and helpful. We are now fully signed up, with credits and a reply number and we have sent our first texts out (for marketing). And all this within 48 hours of signing up for an account. It has made a real change dealing with a company, where the customer support is as good as its product. Alannah is a real credit to FireText and I would recommend anyone looking for this type of text service to give FireText a go. Brilliant! Is all I can add.”
