“HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SYSTEM!! FireText is a great system, so simple to use and it’s working really well for us so far (we use it to message our tenants regarding payments.) Shout out to Emerald, in the FireText Support department! She has been really hepful from the outset. We had an initial meeting for her to show us the system, and ever since that day she has provided excellent customer service! Always there to help and answer questions with speedy, friendly and clear communication. Thank you!”

“Our company have recently swapped our SMS provision over to Firetext and they've been great. Setting up the account, importing all contact group information, topping up credits and setting up an auto top-up feature, was all really straight forward. “A fantastic, user-friendly service with a great support team behind it. We've been using it primarily for our fuel voucher scheme, and it's made a big difference in how we engage with recipients. It's quick and efficient, helping us manage distribution more effectively. As an education provider, we've also found it useful for connecting with learners when needed. Highly recommended!”

“Excellent and very easy service to use, with great support team in place. We are an education provider so have used this service a lot recently. We have a lot of open days, so this is a fantastic way to reach out to these candidates to quickly see if they are planning on attending or not, so we can get a grasp on numbers prior to the event. Definitely recommend!”

“Out of many SMS service vendors, Firetext was the simpliest, cleanest process for our business to adopt and use. The customer service is personable, accomodating, efficient and always open to discuss business challenges and offer solutions which is the main reason I am happy to submit this review. A service I believe we will be using for the forseeable.”

“Working with Firetext (and particularly Ryan Dower) has been a refreshing experience after dealing with large tech companies that sit behind a virtually unpenetrable wall. To be able to send an email and get a response within an hour or have a chat on the phone is incredible. The best I got from multinationals was a possible response on a forum a few days after posting a question. In most cases, the response was unhelpful and then I had to wait a few more days for clarification. With Firetext, technical challenges were sorted within hours rather than weeks. We are a small and nimble company and when we have an idea for market, we want it out there as soon as possible- Firetext and Ryan helped make that happen. Nathan Hewitt- MD FiltaBund”

“We've been really happy with FireText so far. The service is reliable, and the customer support and setup team have been very helpful. We're using FireText for service alerts, and it's doing the job perfectly. My only wish is for an option to include a parameter in the email-to-SMS function (e.g. 123456@sms.firetext.co.uk?from=NAME) rather than relying on groups. Other than that, it's been excellent - would definitely recommend!”
