“Fast and easy solution to integrate with Microsoft Business Central ERP. Worked first time with no issues. Portal allows to easily manage points, API keys and also monitor SMS messages. Great customer support Will definitely be recommended on all future projects requiring SMS functionality.”

“We were looking for an email to text service which needed to be integradted into our CRM system. After reviewing a number of service providers we shortlisted FireText and decided to try them out. Set up was simple, they have a very user friendly interface and within a few minutes of setting up the account it was apparant that this would be a long term relationship. Thumbs up to FireText for providing a great service.”

“We had to find a new supplier of text services when our previous supplier became part of Webex (we found them almost impossible to deal with). We like to work with suppliers who provide first class service and are technically strong. Finding Firetext was exatly what we needed at a difficult time for us having to migrate a number of live systems at short notice. The team are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very helpful. The interface is easy to use and the support is as good as anything we see from any of our suppliers. The API is also exactly what we need - well documented and solid. We have completed our migrations and are delighted with the results. We would most definitely recommend Firetext to anyone looking for a texting solution.”

“Really easy to use platform, not complicated like some others I tested. I managed to setup automations via Zapier which connected straight away, so I could schedule reminder messages. I also like that you can edit scheduled messages if required.”
