“Our first SMS campaign went ahead without any issue, thanks to the support of Emerald and Alannah. We had some small questions before sending our first round of messages about length and self naming convention but everything was answered and resolved as soon as the questions were raised. Would happily recommend!”

“F#I was a little apprehensive as they were recommended by a friend, but, from the initial call to having my account set up, they have been nothing short of super helpful. I created a lot of tests of their SMS facilities, and every message was sent and received in good time and order. I can strongly recommend them.”

“Gabi at Firetext was responsive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She answered all of my questions patiently and made sure I had the correct service for my event. The service was reliable on the day and she followed up after the event which was a nice touch. March Summer Festival will definitely be using this service again in the future.”
