“I've been working with Firetext [Emerald as key contact] for around 1 year now for multiple clients. The team are great to work with - super helpful, payment is easy and they'll add credits super fast, even if you ring 2 minutes before they close in the evening! The platform is also easy to use.”

“This system is becoming invaluable in contacting customers in an age where people dont like answering calls to unsaved numbers. We have to contact many tenants of Social Housing and this prompts them to get back in touch with us. The success rate is improving all the time.”

“We've only been using FireText for a short while but their support during the set up process has been fantastic. In an age of everything being automated, it was great to actually be able to have Teams calls and chats with real people. They have been supportive throughout the process with follow up emails and the one issue we did have (my mistake), they solved immediately.”

“Firetext is simple and easy to use - the support (Alannah!) is fantastic: very responsive, helpful and knowledgable. The API does exactly what you'd want it to do in a very staightforward way. Some features (e.g multiple users / sub accounts) aren't obvious but an email to support normally gets the feature added to your account within minutes.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SYSTEM!! FireText is a great system, so simple to use and it’s working really well for us so far (we use it to message our tenants regarding payments.) Shout out to Emerald, in the FireText Support department! She has been really hepful from the outset. We had an initial meeting for her to show us the system, and ever since that day she has provided excellent customer service! Always there to help and answer questions with speedy, friendly and clear communication. Thank you!”
