“We had to find a new supplier of text services when our previous supplier became part of Webex (we found them almost impossible to deal with). We like to work with suppliers who provide first class service and are technically strong. Finding Firetext was exatly what we needed at a difficult time for us having to migrate a number of live systems at short notice. The team are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very helpful. The interface is easy to use and the support is as good as anything we see from any of our suppliers. The API is also exactly what we need - well documented and solid. We have completed our migrations and are delighted with the results. We would most definitely recommend Firetext to anyone looking for a texting solution.”

“Really easy to use platform, not complicated like some others I tested. I managed to setup automations via Zapier which connected straight away, so I could schedule reminder messages. I also like that you can edit scheduled messages if required.”

“I've been working with Firetext [Emerald as key contact] for around 1 year now for multiple clients. The team are great to work with - super helpful, payment is easy and they'll add credits super fast, even if you ring 2 minutes before they close in the evening! The platform is also easy to use.”

“This system is becoming invaluable in contacting customers in an age where people dont like answering calls to unsaved numbers. We have to contact many tenants of Social Housing and this prompts them to get back in touch with us. The success rate is improving all the time.”
