“Lola and her team have been invaluable in helping us get our University set up on Firetext in a short space of time. Having a single point of contact who responds incredibly quickly and clearly knows the product inside and out has been amazing. The University seem to like the simple to use interface and the API set and EmailtoSMS functions seem to cater for what we need. Having the ability to manage more than 1 level of sub accounts would be a great enhancement if possible please.”
